Hotel Tsereteli Palace

Breakfast was a large variety of freshly cooked and prepared food. The manager accommodated our large group with a seamless check-in, adjusting breakfast times and helping with tours and taxis.

The bed was very hard, but the manager provided extra duvet to make it comfortable.

The location was good, but the room was so small and the breakfast was not good

Rooms are clean, the hotel has a parking. Breakfast is ok but it can be improved...

We stayed at this hotel for one week and were quite impressed overall. The room was spacious and modern, providing plenty of comfort during our stay. It was clean, and pleasant. The hotel administration was friendly and helpful. Mamuka is the best. The location is very convenient, close to key attractions and amenities. Small balcony. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying, the quality of the food was good and enjoyable.

The manager went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, to organise taxis and tours, to help me with all my requests, and have breakfast early. The room was clean, had enough storage space, the bed was comfortable with four pillows (the variety of pillows was important for me), and the bathroom was super clean with free toiletries, bath robe, and slippers.The hotel is in the center near the park, close to the beach (5-10 min walk) and good restaurants. I would stay there again.

All was good. Strange thing was the window location - in a small alcove like in an appendix to the room.

- Staff are friendly (russian friendly, do not compare with normal friendly)- Breakfast is good with variety and good quality.- Room is clean. Ours was a double bed with a sofa at the fifth floor with a balcony at two sides.- Location is awesome.

- Although they have mentioned free airport shuttle, not clarified that this is only from airport to hotel.- No tea/coffee in the room. But if you ask, they will give you tea from the breakfast buffet.

The hotel stuff is very friendly and easy to communicate with. The room was exactly as described. The breakfast is decent but not too fancy. The location is good. It is not too central but quite near - 100 meters walking.There's not much to do at the hotel. If you're looking for hotel entertainment, keep looking.The hotel is quite, which was very important for us. Overall, we are very pleased and would definitely choose it again.

Very good for all types of accommodation. The rooms are very clean and very big. It has safe parking. The hotel's garden is very nice for meeting new people and also very suitable for children to play. The location is perfect. The breakfast was also very good. The employees are very helpful and friendly. Everything about the hotel was perfect.

Hotel Tsereteli Palace is a nice hotel located not far away from Batumi centre. With its moderate prices, it is a nice place to stay in, if you like hotels. They offer buffet breakfasts, which are more european style than what you can get in apartments run by private owners. The hotel has got free parking.

We experienced water leaking from the ceiling during long rainy night, fortunately the water was not dripping on our heads (not above the bed), so we survived, especially that it was our last night in the hotel.

1. crack on the wall in bathroom - I was hearining every sound in next room2. Awful smell in bathroom3. Ancient TV (analog... really?? in 21st century???)4. Useless safe in the room - too small to fit laptop, no user guide available5. Electronic door lock with poor batteries - it was alarming each time I used it but personnel just ignored those sound signals and didn't make even a try to replace batteries.

Staff ,the manager was a bit harassing me and my daughter. He even suggested to continue contacting us on our WhatsUp. Very obnoxious. And asking personal questions. Very unprofessional. Also, our room didn't get cleaned for more than 2 days. Only after we asked, did they clean. Plus, the manager cancelled my booking from the website after I wrote an honest review so as to take money from cancellation.
