The location was perfect

The rooms were small compared to pictures online. Also it got really hot as they regulate temperature

The location is perfect, close to all required spots – city center, bars and restaurants, beach walk, etc. Room was rather spacious, well furnished, design is cozy, comfy bed. Bathroom was clean and well-equipped. No unpleasant smell.

Staff was unfriendly and short-spoken. The room needs renovation. Floor coating dilapidated. Walls are dirty. Lights kind a weird. There were only three towels for two person: one for hands, two for body. Also floor towel, but still incomplete set. Finally the most vexing part of the stay was huge airing system placed outdoor right below the window. It has been switching on and off each 5 minutes through the whole night. Its turbine works so loud that keeping window opened is incompatible with sleep. Keeping window closed made was also uneasy, because of heating turned on its maximum while it is not that cold outside (about +13ºC at night). And you still hear the sound, just not that strong. I wonder how anyone can sleep at all with such a background.

Large, clean rooms with all the amenities. Close to many restaurants and historic buildings.

Breakfast was disappointing vs the price paid. Save your money and try one of the many local restaurants instead.

The location was perfect and the place was very clean. Overall, a great stay

I liked the location and cleanliness, but I was disappointed that there was no iron in the room. The hotel only had three irons for all guests, and they were always in use. There was also no dry-cleaning service available. It’s quite inconvenient — if there’s no laundry or dry-cleaning, there should at least be an iron provided

Staff are friendly, the hotel is clean and the location is perfect

The staff were super helpful. They gave us a free breakfast to apologise for our Aircon not working properly. They were always friendly and made us feel very welcome. The location is perfect. Very close to all the great restaurants, the beach and the amazing boulevard Batumi has to offer.

The Aircon gave us trouble making it very warm at night.

Loved perfect location (everything steps away) and breakfast: good choice of coffee, juice, cold cuts, cheese, eggs, bakery. Liked bathrobes and room service options.We're late in our check-in for a day or so, but asked staff to leave us some food after long travel and they brought us breakfast food to the room - appreciated that extra effort - thanks!

Walk-up stairs to a 3rd floor with luggage could be a challenge, but luckily, the front desk person helped us. A bit pricey $$. And we didn't like downsloped on one side ceiling of the room and bathroom personally and nonrefundable policy.

Loved that the hotel was at the centre of every tourist attraction i wanted to visit. The Hotel is situated at very safe, clean and quiet area. The room was lovely and the bed was super comfortable. The service was great. Special thanks to Linda who was at the Reception during my stay there. Very helpful and friendly. Value for money. 10/10 across the board.

Great hotel in old town batumi, right by the water. Friendly and helpful staff, 24 hour room service, and totally worth the price. Air conditioning was great, bathroom was lovely, and the beds were super comfortable.

Great location right across from the park and close to everything. The hotel is comfortable for a good night’s sleep, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay in Batumi.

Having a Lift would be useful

This is a beautiful hotel. The location is great.. There was no hot water in the hotel, evening or morning. When we reported it to staff there was no apology or explanation. The hotel indicated that public parking is possible nearby. In fact we found it very hard to get parking nearby. When we first arrived one of us went in to ask for advice from reception, and within two minutes we had a police car stop and ask us to move us on, and the staff member had no advice to give except to say that parking is much restricted due to road works.

Very beautiful hotel and excellent location. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Very affordable considering the amenities it offers.

Great value for money, excellent breakfast, friendly staff and excellent location (5min walk from the beach). The only thing I could wish for was that the bathroom is bigger. But overall it’s a wonderful choice for your choice in Batumi!
