Front staff are very good , resturant staff are excellent too.Breakfast is taste , location is close for any attraction in Batumi.

ლიფტი ცოტა უცნაური პრინციპით დადის, ძალიან დიდი ხანი გიწევს ლოდინი სანამ მოვა.

Spacey room, nice views, good breakfast

Everything was great, the room was spacious, breakfast delicious.

There is a couple of parking places for the whole hotel, hard to find where to leave the car (if you are from a smaller city).

The room was comfortable, the staff was very kind the breakfast had variety and the hotel is next to restaurants, cafe, beach and a lot of shops.

The design of the hotel is outdated. The door of our room did not work well. There are only 2 elevators, one elevator that hardly works and one elevator that is probably suitable for employees…It was not fun to go up to the 11th floor.

The view from the breakfast area was fantastic, and the breakfast was nice with ample options.

Parking space was very limited due to the busy location, but the staff were very helpful on that.

It's a good hotel with a comfortable room, we had a good view from the 8th floor. We had all of we need. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was tasty and had many different types of food. We spent there a few days, and can recommend it.

Sometimes the elevator was crowded
