The staff was very nice and the location was good.

Sadly I'm very disappointed with this hotel. The room had many issues that made the stay extremely stressful. Bathroom had problems with everything. toilet flash clearly needs fixing, it took forever to fill up after flushing. shower head was wobbly and fell out completely on the second day, became unusable and even though we reported it, it wasn't fixed. Toilet kept clogging for hours at a time and wouldn't flush down. The hair dryer was literally melted and looked dangerous to use. The bathroom door didn't have a lock and wouldn't even close all the way. we had nowhere to put and dry wet clothes and towels, even after we aksed for it, it was never provided. Even though location and price was relatively okay, the stay was not worth it at all. It had too many problems that made the vacation stressful. Renting out a room that's so disfunctinal is honestly greedy and very inconsiderate.

The staff very helpful and kind. The hotel isn't the newest, but the rooms were clean and were equipped in everything what we needed for the stay. It's located near the city center, just few steps from the Batumi Promenade.

I contacted them by email, phone and also via booking.com but they never answered. This shows how much they don’t care about guest.

The staff was friendly and polite. The breakfast was good . Cleaning was available daily.There are markets and restaurants close to the property.

There was only one trash can in the room. It was in the bathroom.

location, nice and polite staff members who are always ready to help, cleanliness, comfort of the bed, cosy room, beautiful restaurant with a small but nice balcony, and great breakfast with a good variety of food

maybe some facilities could be renewed/improved, such as television and fitness centre. also soaps and shampoos could be more abundant and of better quality

The hotel is nice, clean and in very excellent location.Bedroom is spacious and bed is comfy The breakfast was great.Overall I enjoyed my stay, however there seemed to be a problem with the price on booking.com or so they say,, I booked for a certain amount on the website and on my checkout they asked me to pay double the price I reserved for saying that there is a problem on the website, I explained that I booked the hotel based on what's on the website and end up paying that amount. I sensed that they aren't happy with it but it is not my problem and they should fix it with booking.com

Good value for money. Not far from the beach and old centre. Clean room and very comfortable bed.

Normal breakfast, but it would be much better to buy a good coffe maker instead of instant one (it is more necessary at breakfast than chacha and wine, that were served). On photos there were better bathroom accessories (shampoo etc) that were in fact given.

Location is great, park and old town and shops are close by. Check-in was fast and seamless. Breakfast included and menu changes every day, so one will not get tired of the same food. You can also enjoy a glass of Georgian wine for breakfast. My room had all the necessary facilities: AC, fridge, kettle

Bathroom was worn-out a bit, especially the rusty towel dryer. The sink tap was not properly fixed and moved, which made it a bit annoying to open it and close.

They didn't prepare the rooms but the staff was helpful

The TV not working the ac not working after multiple time they fix it but generally its a not bad stay

It was very bad for the price. The room smelled. It was as if we were sleeping in the bathroom. There are better hotels in the center for the same price!

Very well located hotel with usual standards and good service. The rooms are large with a nice balcony. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally good.

The fan in the bathroom is so loud that using the bathroom at night wakes everyone up. In addition, water is constantly running out somewhere, so that there is always a puddle in the bathroom.

SCAMMERSHere is my review about this Hotel ChaoI am extremely disappointed since I booked this hotel for the balcony room view I surprised that they give me the standard room The receptionist said that their system might be wrong.when I complained they did nothing and did not care at all As if they say this is what we have and u dont have options since u paid already The room does not have any coverage for the WIFI or Data as u can see from the photos This was my worst stay in Georgia so farNo wonder why it has low reviews so it was my fault at the end.Guys read the reviews before u book
