Perfect location and great staff always smiling specially Danny.

Breakfast was great, employees were nice. Pool was a good size, spa was satisfactory.

Hair in the bathroom. Hot tub in the swimming pool area was constantly dirty.

The breakfast was good. in the third morning we leave early and they forgot to give us our launch box. we still waiting for our refund......

The location was good , and the hotel was very clean. I did not experience any issues with the rooms, the facilities, or the housekeeping during my stay.

In my opinion, the property does not merit a full five-star rating; it is closer to a four-star hotel, with its primary focus clearly placed on operating the casino. As a result, the hotel does not feel family-oriented. The furniture is outdated and in need of replacement, and in the poolside smoking area the sofas were both dirty and damaged with multiple burn marks. The breakfast was also disappointing, with the quality resembling mass catering rather than the standard expected from a five-star hotel.

The swimming pool was nice and clean , the spa was also really nice and Maria is amazing

Lets start we were suppose to get our rooms by 14:00 and we got the room only at 14:30 and 13:45 first room . Now we asked a crib for one room and they didnt put any and we found our all the cribs in the hotel are equipped . Only in the end of the day they bring a crip from another hotel and then a day later replaced it witought telling us nothing with a smaller crib . Later we noticed that both rooms in the 6th floor bad sewerage smell . When the engineers came to the room they told us this is something they know about and there is nothing they can do abour it beside bringing us a refreshers ;) after we talked with the reception they moved us to the 15th floor. Last the breakfast was very bad small options to choose some time we found the food not ready or from a day before and for cofee you need to pay extra 8 lary . The stuff in the resturant was not welcoming at all and it felt they are doing us a favor for any thing we asked . So in general the hotel have great potential but in fact i would not recommend my enemies to go there .

Room was clean and soundproof

We stayed 2 nights then + 1 extra night. Cleaning kits were missing in the second room even though they were same level rooms. (I.e vanity kit) Wifi was not working properly. Never drunk energy drink in my life and my partner is pregnant so she also is not drinking during this period but they charged me redbull as we used to from minibar which was total lie but didnt resist after 5 seconds because i was on rush to airport. Breakfast is almost turkish breakfast, who the . needs turkish breakfast in Georgia.

1-Breakfast was not organized well, the types from the previous days with poor preparation and clear that it is not fresh.2- The location is perfect, the country is amazing, Bolt make your life easy, but this hotel Ramada Plaza by Wedynham (Billionaire) is very noisy and the isolation between walls is very poor.

Spacious, good location, the view was very nice from the room.

They do no offer many things for free from the mini-bar in the room

The service was extremely poor, and the hotel was overpriced. I do not recommend it at all.

This hotel operates dishonestly. I checked out early before my scheduled departure, and I was promised a refund. However, they have been completely unresponsive and have not returned any of my money. I strongly advise others to avoid this place.

We stayed in the "Junior King Suite with Sea View" for 2 nights and it was spectacular!- The rooms were clean, neat and very well maintained. Bed was very comfortable and big.- The view (our room was sea-facing on the 16th floor) was amazingly breath-taking. Loved the view we had from our room. Definitely something that will stay in my memory for a long time - it is a bit of the city with sea view with the lighting at night!- Had all the basic amenities you would need. Only toothbrush/paste was something you need to ask reception and they will bring it to your room. But they mention this beforehand during check-in- Check in process was quick and easy.- Located very near to the beach, it is a walking distance to the boulevard. We thoroughly enjoyed walking to the beach and then to the Ali and Nino statue about 3kms away (it was a long pleasant walk along the Boulevard)- Lot of grocery shops and restaurants nearby. Carrefour is also located 5-10 mins away from the hotel.- The washrooms were spacious and very clean.- Staff members were all very polite and kind.- Could easily get bolt taxi here.We opted for no-breakfast option as there were many options nearby. Even though this is an expensive stay, would highly recommend staying here for atleast a day just for the VIEW and the comfort.

- Not an issue but just as info to other travellers - the bathroom does not have a health faucet.- 1 main issue we faced in our room was that the wifi was very weak - we got good signal in the hallways, decently good in the desk area but we did not get any signal on the bed. We had to rely on our mobile data because we had a local SIM else it would have been difficult. This is something that needs to be rectified as you pay so much for your stay and getting good wifi is a given these days.- The latch (above the lock) on the main door was either removed/broken.

The counter staff was nice and pleasant, they did the job well, even there was a mistake and a blanket i oredred didnt arrive, they apologize and brought it

THe pool staff were rude and not nice, there way of working and leeching money for every single thing even if its not worth real money is a shame for such a hotel, they ruined our stay literally

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable with a lovely view. It was quite quiet. Breakfast was good as were the dinners we took in the restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

The restaurant was freezing and the person in charge said it couldn’t be warmed. The TV was impossible to work and when a hotel representative finally did get it going, the reception was very weak. Wifi in the sleeping area of our room was very weak.

Pleasant experience. Facilities were very clean. Jr Suite sea view was very nice. A little strange that the other room ( not bedroom) didn’t have a small couch area facing the large tv. Opera restaurant was nice and spacious , with comfortable seating. Breakfast was average . I would like to express a big thank you to the manager Zura for his attentiveness , great attitude and great food/ sightseeing suggestions ! He really did an outstanding job by showing his hospitality skills.

Everything was clean, the room was spacious, check-in went great and I asked to stay a little longer when checking out and they allowed us to stay in one room for two hours overtime and return 2 rooms. The location is great and the staff is always smiling and happy to help.

The breakfast was okay overall, but I would have expected a hotel of this size to have a large buffet to cater to a larger portion of the guests. The water in the indoor pool is quite cold and a water cap is required even for men! The cap can be purchased at the spa reception.

Early in the morning, repair work was carried out right outside our window, with construction workers using a saw. The noise was extremely disruptive, making it impossible for me to sleep - especially on our last day, which was very disappointing. Since our check-out was only five hours later, we decided not to file a complaint on-site. However, this greatly affected our comfort. To illustrate the situation, I have attached photos, with the workers’ faces blurred for privacy.Another issue was the size and facilities of the rooms. We had booked two rooms, each for three people. In one of the rooms, an additional bed was only provided late at night - without a pillow or blanket, which was then supplied the next day. Additionally, I firmly believe that neither of the rooms was actually suitable for three guests. This was not the level of comfort we expected, especially as we specifically chose your hotel and paid three times the price compared to other reputable hotels in the area.

Great location, near everything you will need , sauna good , jacuzzi too

Unfortunately, we booked the Ramada Plaza Hotel through Booking.com on the recommendation of a friend, but it did not leave us with a good memory.Upon arrival, we noticed that the bed frame was broken. Then the toilet pedal didn't work, and when we tried to pull the curtain aside, it fell. The breakfast was not good at all, and the fruit juice was artificial and not fresh. We paid for a five-star hotel, but this hotel was a three-star hotel.On the second morning, the bathroom ceiling was dripping water and it was pouring on my children's heads. They came and changed our room. We were there for five days and changed rooms three times.We also sent a message to Booking.com asking them to look into our situation, but unfortunately we did not receive any message.We are two doctors who traveled to Batumi for the Nowruz holiday with our two children, and this hotel really made our vacation difficult and bitter.I hope you will address the situation at the hotel so that this tragedy does not happen again.
