Orbi City Hotel Official D Block

it is a very " budget " option but it markets itself as a luxirous place and prices itself that way too, very crowded area with no parkings if you have a car, the lifts are a huge issue where you have to wait for a long time to get into the elevators, common areas like the corridors and lifts are not ventilated or coniditoned , thin walls can hear your neighboors throught the walls.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff, especially Mari and Amina, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They made everything easy and enjoyable, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm attitude truly made a difference and made me feel welcome. I highly recommend this place!

Clean, nice, easy. The only official Orbi block where you would not find any scam while booking, saved me a lot of nerves

The location is at its best with few meters from the beach. The room and its appliances are nice. The official orbi desk is functioning 24/7 which is helpful. Staff are helpful when you ask them. I managed to get English speakers at the desk whenever I reached them.Checkin we smooth with the orbi official as its done at the desk. other ppl I met the same time booked from other private owners and their experience was not always ideal as they wouldn't check in with the desk and the desk would be less helpful for them a group of people was stuck for a while waiting for their host this wouldn't happen with this booking.The Internet is surprisingly good for a hotel.

The building is huge and it's very busy all the time. It feels like you are in the metrobus not the elevator. Thought this building is much better than block A which is much worse in crowd.Staff could be nicer or smoother, I think think they could benefit from some trainings as well as some breaks if they dont get any, they sound tired any time I approached them.The cleaning wouldn't happen if you don't ask so keep this in mind.The room could benefit from better coffee than instant one as the coffee machine wouldn't cost much.

I really enjoyed my stay in Batumi! The apartment was modern, clean, and cozy. The location was perfect, close to the beach and cafes. Everything felt comfortable and convenient. I liked it so much and would happily come back again!

Once again had excellent time there, comfortable rooms, even more good staff there. Special thanks to the cutest girl in the reception and all the others there

Nice location

Had no electricity for the first few hrs, and staff can't do anything coz of some kind of "programm bug".TV also didn't work because only specially trained people know how to make it work, but they weren't in the hotel.Human traffic jam in elevators probably because only 4 elevators from 6 are work. Maybe it's because the building still under construction.

I liked room, it was big and comfy, balcony was good as well. View was amazing, smell of the hotel is pleasant. Location is so good, very close to the beach.

The day we came receptionist guy was rude a little bit, but they changed every day, so the next day guy was more polite. Lifts didn’t work well, you have to wait for them to come for a long time, and they were full of people always.

I requested a non-smoking room, it was promised.. Yet, the room was badly smoked. Room awfully smelled.No microwave , there was a very little miniature fridge.

Other than the hotel itself which was pretty fine, special thanks to Giorgi in the reception, was so favorable and kind towards every customer and tried to help them with the smile and professionalism

The hotel location was great. I was in an execute suite and the view from the balcony was awesome. I had the best view in the entire hotel, so I did not need to dine in the restaurant on the 36th floor. I wine and dine on my balcony.

The staff needs to improve customer service skills. For example, housekeepers only clean the rooms every 3 days. I stayed 5 nights. I had some trash in a plastic bag on my 2nd day. I heard lady cleaning the room directly across the hall from me. I stepped out & tried to give her my trash and she refused to take it. I asked her for toilet paper and she refused. I had to text WhatsApp # before someone can bring me towels and tissue. No one picked up on trash until the evening of day 3.

The breakfast arrangement was terrible. The hotel has a partnership with a nearby restaurant for breakfast and the selections were terrible and restaurant's employees had zero customer service skills. Terrible foods and service

Perfectly located, very spacious and renovated apartment, elevators didn’t cause any trouble and arrived promptly, staff was amazing and very helpful, especially our manager David. Room had enough space, a small fridge, good bathroom and a balcony with a side sea view. Beds are comfortable and the couch is comfortable as well.

The cleaning was very good but only once a week, towels were also changed only once a week which is too long for a beach holiday, had to get the garbage out ourselves as well, after one week there were dust on the floors, plus there is no place to dry beach towels and swimming suits which would have been very helpful. The rest is perfect.

Everything was good, but most of the time going up and down the building was so crowded that we had to wait about 20 minutes. In the end, we often had to use the stairs. However, the rooms were clean.

კმაყოფილები წამოვედით. სუფთა, მყუდრო გარემო და ძალიან თავაზიანი სტაფი. ორი ნომერი გვქონდა აღებული და ისე მოხდა, რომ ბავშვებიან ოთახში საწოლის დამატება გვინდოდა…რაც რამდენიმე წუთში დაგვიორგანიზეს და ძალიან ვვასიამოვნეს.

ერთადერთი მინუსი ის იყო ჩვენთვის, რომ D ბლოკიდან პირდაპირ ვერ გავდიოდით პლიაჟზე და C მდე ასვლა და იქიდან გვიწევდა გზის გადაჭრა.

Location, room space, quality, quiet.

Missing iron, very limited breakfast, curtains do not block sunlight.

I arrived late at night and my other booking did not answer my questions so I had to look for another option. I found this place and booked it right away. Managed to check-in through reception and the host sent me a message next day which was very nice of her.

Not much to say here. Pretty standard.
