Most overpriced hotel I have ever seen

This hotel costs 300$ per night while its value is at most 100$. Extremely overpriced. No private beach, no soundproof windows (whole night is like you are on a party - music from the beach is very loud and doesn’t let you sleep), no bidet, no razors or toothbrush or toothpaste. I mean you can live without all that of course, but if you charge 300$ per night, experience must be exceptional

hotel location, friendly stuff, spacious room, has a working place with nice table & chair. Good swimming pool with open veranda

110 Gel is too expensive for such ordinary breakfast. Didn't go there except once. The room has no coffie machine, balcony has no any equipment: nowhere to dry clothes. or to relax(no chairs, table). Very weak gym

The location was great! The sea was across the street. The hotel is nice. They have a very nice pool and spa. Breakfast was decent. The staff were friendly.

1. The price could be a little less. The price was way above average wages for Georgia.2. The music was too loud at the restaurant across the street.

Location, Staff, room, conference room and all facilities were as expected. Pool was clean and had amazing view. We were late at check out, as we were attending the conference, staff was very adequate and helpful.

Noisy you hear next door, they gave us small room the sea view blocked and people walk in front of your balcony

Room was clean. Not noisy. Free useable things were in a good quality. Thats all.

Balcony seems like shared. Surly staffs. i have 2 kids although. Broken main entrance door, We used the normal door to entrence with my family members. Not only are the staff unhelpful, they don't even say hello. I think they distinguish people based on their appearance and wealth.

Nothing at all lack of communication

We wanted to cancel . Messaged through booking to cancel. No response . Called the hotel and said no manager and they said the manager will reach back. No response

Very good hotel. Good facilities. Location is great. Staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

As it happens in many hotels, on "rush hours" the wait for the elevators can be a little longer than expected.

All staff members are super helpful. They also upgraded my room.

House cleaning needs to be taken care of. They didn’t replenish the coffee and also didn’t wash the glasses provided in the room. The bedsheet had blood stains.

We were disappointed with our recent experience at Marriott, as it fell far below our expectations. We had specifically booked 3 Sea View Balcony rooms for our family and paid a premium for these. Upon arrival, first the receptionist struggled to locate our bookings and we waited nearly 40 minutes before the issue was resolved. Eventually, they told us we have been ‘upgraded’ to junior suites.When we got to our rooms, we we were shocked to find that they didn’t have sea views at all. In fact, the view was obstructed by a wall, which was completely opposite to the relaxing sea view experience we had anticipated. When we raised this with the manager, we were told that the rooms were an ‘upgrade’— even though we never asked for one and just wanted what we had booked. We chose a beachfront resort specifically for the views and ambiance. He even said the hotel only has five floors, and all actual sea-view rooms were taken, which was frustrating given that the pictures showed a building with 30-40 floors! The manager, rather than addressing our concerns, argued that the rooms were an improvement and refused to allocate the sea-view rooms. We were really disappointed and frustrated with the dismissive tone of the staff. This experience really put a damper on our time in Batumi. We were hoping to relax with a beautiful view, but instead, we couldn’t even open our curtains. We hope Marriott considers this feedback seriously to ensure guests receive the experience they booked and paid for.

Nestled in the heart of Batumi, it was the perfect balance of convenience and beauty.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Room is big and nicely decorated and very good bathroom. Cleaning is very good Breakfast is very good. Staffs are very friendly

It’s location great. The family suite was wonderful. We liked it. Cleaning is nice and we had a good experience.

The breakfast is not good enough. No many options provided. We don’t like it that much the food. In the last two days, we go and eat outside. Also it’s noisy in at night. Music outside from Sunset restaurant and beach activities.

Cleaning level was not up to the standards of Marriott hotel chain, as well the hotel staff need more training on hospitality

When they clean the room not enough toilet paper, shower gels and towels. We had to ask every time
