Radisson Blu Hotel Batumi

Location is perfect,Staff are very supportive and helpful,Room was very clean and comfortable, they have restaurant, spa, and café shop in the hotel it self,Room size is nice, bathroom is clean and modern.

Nothing, we were happy staying there.

The rooms are big enough and designed very attractively.I didn't have breakfast but the dinner at the roof top was great.The location of the hotel is very good as well.

The elevators we’re very bad. The AC in the rooms were very bad. They did not cool the whole hotel. They cooled off half the hotel and it was very hot in the bathroom and where the closet were it only cooled out the place where we slept and it was horrible. It was also very dusty dirty filthy the room service took 30 minutes, which was not good. I don’t like it. The food was too expensive for because I could get the same thing at an other restaurant for less price. Also, I would love to state the food in the restaurants on top floor wasn’t quite the best. I’d say 7 out of 10. this hotel did not fit my standards. I could get a better hotel in Miami, which had better views in a huge pool and was only 250 a night and it was basically the same size.

Spa, i booked for three days and on the 2nd day they cancelled on me because they therapist was tired ?

The staff were great especially the supervisor Giorgi who was so professionally convincing and made me enjoy my stay. The most surprisingly wonderful was the massage lady, Medea who made my last day with her super professional and great massage experience that she gave me and my wife. We would comeback to this property thanks to Giorgi and Medea’s massage. Lastly, the hotel’s restaurants were the best in town compared to others with great value for money and highly recommended.

1 - Room service was not up to expectations.2- the breakfast had a very limited variety especially in sweets as for a 5-star hotel - this is disappointing.

Location: located in the best part of Batumi, with all major attractions being walking distance from you. Room; Rooms are quite spacious with beautiful views over the city and the sea.Staff: very attentive and helpful, made our experience great

Pool was very cowded and not organized, pool service was very slow.

We booked two rooms but they were in different floors. I guess because of the timing and they were fully booked.

The hotal restaurants are very good.The spa treatments are awesome ?The room is great, a very comfortable bed.Great view.

Minur maintenance in the room is required: the curtains didn't function well, the wallpaper in the toilet is torn in a few places.No English movie on the TV.

Very bad hotel with incredible service First 2 days of my stay AC was not working and no one was act. On 3 day AC started liking so we woke up all floor was wet. Here they changed my room where was not working flush in the toilet ? also dosh was broken ? Over all breakfast are supper pour ?Room service very bad

I didn’t like restaurant on the first floor. Waiters can’t remember your order and everything I ordered was wrong. Prices are high and not to the standard of a 5 star hotel

The location is truly exceptional for tourism in Batumi — all major attractions are within walking distance. It’s a spot that genuinely deserves a short stay of up to two days. Suitable for both families and young travelers. A truly special location.

There were several disappointing aspects that did not reflect the standards expected from a hotel carrying the Radisson Blu name. Begging near the hotel entrance gave a poor first impression. The lobby was often crowded, and the presence of only two elevators — with one out of service — caused significant delays. Elevators were frequently used by housekeeping staff, leading to excessive waiting times and multiple stops between floors. Some staff members seemed disengaged and lacked a sense of responsibility or proper attention to guests. One of the most common complaints — shared with me by others before, during, and even after my stay — was the inconsistent air conditioning, which at times made the room uncomfortably warm. Additionally, there was no room service available after midnight, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this level. Unfortunately, many details fell short of the quality and reputation expected from Radisson Blu.

Amazing central location from the top floors, you can see many of Batumi's top attractions, and friendly staff . I would like to extend a thank you to Mari for her professionalism - good room amenities

The smell in the corridor and the room triggered my allergy - bed size is small for two people and the mattress is quite hard.
