The View and the bed

No in house breakfast, and the breakfast in the restaurant was the same always,The shower was un staple between hot and cold and the water pressure was weak,There was no telephone to call the reception , we needed to go all the way to them,Cleaning wasn’t every day , we needed to go after them to clean the room every day.

check in was on 15:00 and room was not ready until 16:20. have to wait for room cleaning and not a single excuse from the staff

When I entered the hotel staff said that we can’t accept that reservation so we leave the hotel allthough in the booking systems confirmed

სასტუმროს კერძო პარკინგი არ აქვს☠️ველოდებოდი ნომერში ოდნავ მეტს,როგორც მინიმუმ საპონს, სავარცხელს და ტელეფონს ადმინისტრატორთან დასაკავშირებელს? სამწუხაროდ ჩვენს ნომერში იყო გატეხილი საკეტი. საშხაპეს ონკანი კი იმ დონეზე ცხელი იყო რომ ჩემი მეგობარი დაიწვა, იმედია შრამი არ დარჩება?

What I liked about the property was its close proximity to the beach and its convenient location for entertainment options.

there is significant crowding in this area, and it operates more like apartments than a traditional hotel. Therefore, I wouldn’t recommend it for those seeking a tranquil and service-oriented hotel experience.For young travelers or families who prefer apartment-style accommodations, it can be quite beneficial. However, it’s essential to clarify that despite the numerous booking options, this complex is not a hotel. It’s more budget-friendly, which might be appealing for those looking for affordable options.

We were very satisfied with the hotel. Everything was wonderful, especially the view. Everything is clean, comfortable. The air conditioner works well. Outdoor parking below. We will be back again.

Staff was super cooperative and helpful, especially Jack. Who went extra mile to ensure that i have an amazing stay at the hotel.

It was great value for the location, however I believe Orbi being one of the biggest group in hospitality sector still need to improve on their facilities provided at the room, like there was no dental kit, complementary water, tea/coffee etc…

I like everything in Orbi City.First Staff was amazing helpful and Friendly.Hotel is at first line of Sea and everything what you need near you can find Markets, Pharmacy, Shopping Malls

Loved this place, will definitely come back later. Rooms are spacious, very modern and just nice. Everything is very close, city center and the rest if the place.Beach is right there and is very clean as well

The location and nothing else really

The check in process was so bad. The booking never mentioned which block we were booked in to. Had to move from one tower to another.There are no restaurants on site.There was no room service. It mentioned the the room would be cleaned once every three days.The staff were really unhelpful and not professional.Very crowded.What is advertised and the real experience is two different things.Will never recommend this hotel to anyone.The lobby was like a fish marker poorly managed.

No cleaning of the room ..only every 3 days and even that they didn't do..we were begging them to clean our room..no facilities in the room..No Safe to keep your valuable thing inside..No tissues were provided on daily or even 3 or 4 days bases..cooker not working..No iron for clothes...no towels changed except by begging for 4 days....everday we have to spend mire than 40 minutes waiting the lift which even when we catch it you have to squeeze yourself between people insidethe...most of the reception staff were not helpful and always angry and impolite..when I dud check out there was no one yo help you taking your bags and have to wait again 40 minutes to take your bag one by one in the crowded lift..it was very painful stay...

This is not a hotel. There is no service whatsoever. No AC in the lobby. The receptionists and people are sweating. 3/5 sinks in the lobby bathroom did not work. The door would not lock because it was broken. Please see picture. No estimated time for repair. No parking, cars are double and triple parked. Worse than NYC. It took me good 30 min, receptionists, managers, and maintenance to get refund. They wanted to charge me no show fee. Good thing is that I overheard another guest couple having the same lock issue so they agreed to give full refund. Had to look for other place to stay asap. Do not recommend. Avoid at all costs.

The location it’s incredible amazing close to the beach and all activities areas and also the room rate was quite nice.

I have stayed for 8 nights but the real problem is there is no room cleaning service , so I used to do it myself and the other negative point also is the elevators normally you will wait for 30 minutes in order to catch it up specially during the pussy time.

Orbi buildings are ugly and placed in a very very badly. City is fully damaged with that. there are too many people, they changed my room, I had to move from building to building, place is dirty, room was at 30th floor, huge queues at the elevator etc. but room itself was normal, very hospital like, but normal.

Poor room service and leak of staff communication. During 3 days, no change the towel,not remove the garbage, did not provide toilet paper,shampoo..etc.I called several times with reception, the service team(through WhatsApp), the service manager, and I got poor response . It was a bad experience ,never repeat it nor advise anyone to go there

Nothing at all honestly, everything was terrible!! The worst experience

i am definitely not going to come again…from the beginning it is not organised the booking doesn’t state which tower we are in we had to go first to tower B then they told us that we have to go to tower C walking outside with 4 bags and it was raining..the line to the elevators is insane and chaos , people are fighting with each other…there is maintenance on the floor that we are in..we complained about the the hygiene of the room and we wanted to cancel the reservation we weren’t allowed ,Orbi wanted proof anyway because they weren’t convinced they sent us house keeping which only came with new bed sheets no cleaning equipment whatsoever. when we left the hotel we hoped that the house keeping will come and clean however no one comes! the floor is so dirty all the time…i have never had such a bad experience in a hotel ever in my life…one more thing the hotel asks us to sign on a paper that states that the hotel is not responsible if we lost any of our belongings however they don’t provide a safe in the room!! Booking should be ashamed of stating such property and rating it as 5 star this is a complete SCAM! Its not a hotel its barely a rented apartment! The reviews on google maps are horrible you should take a look before showing this HORRIBLE “hotel”. EXTREMELY disappointing in booking. Never again!!!!

The numbers of elevators were very few. We waited 1 hour for the elevator but atlast had to come down by the stairs from the 16th floor with 4 kids under 9
