breakfast is ok, nothing special. The dining room is fairly clean and cozy. The location is great close to everything. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is clean. The shower spoils you with a nice good stream of hot water. pleasure.

The pool was emptied for maintenance while we were there, so it was a disappointment to the kids. We booked 2 rooms one of them a triple room, yet, in the triple room, one bed is an opening sofa which isn't very comfortable. According to the reception that's the only arrangement for 3 the hotel has, which is too bad.

Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Wellness area is good.

We came in winter and heating was organised by AC. Air was to dry so sleeping was not comfortable.

Very happy about pool and sauna as well as location. The room was nice too and had a balcony, which was a plus. The breakfast was disappointing. No orange juice, bacon, bread rolls, etc. Just some very dry bread and cake, among a few other things. No English breakfast tea or anything similar either. At least there were scrambled eggs. The staff were okay but I wouldn’t say friendly.

Nice modern feel to it with comfortable and spacious room. Nice spread at breakfast. Spa area was nice and whole hotel was very quiet.

The hotel is nice and very clean. It is only about 300 meters away from the sea. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around. The area is very safe and pleasant to walk in even at night. The hotel has a small pool as well. Breakfasts were not very bountiful but nice nonetheless.

Nice small hotel, located at good central place: walking distance from many attractions and stores. Currency exchange adjacent to the hotel. Good looking, comfortable rooms with slippers and high quality towels.

There was no air conditioning at all the rooms at the end of May. Only after group request it was turned on (relatively quickly). Modest breakfast but clean and big dining room.

Breakfast was great. Pool and Sauna not crowded and very modern and clean.Constant hot water with lots of pressure. Mini fridge that worked, and a great balcony to watch the city.

I could not get the air conditioner to work. There is a modern system in the room, but it was either not turned on yet for the season, or mine was broken. Not a big issue since I could open the balcony door and it isn't the hottest part of summer yet.

The hotel is located next to the Batumi Central Park, the Batumi Mall and the city hall. 3 minutes walk to the good restaurant Sazandari. The room was cozy. The view to the sea.The pool and sauna are clean and nice.

There is no safe in a room.The breakfast was bad, except the omelette. Coffee was cold, bread is old and dry, not a lot of greens.

Exceptional hotel?? it deserves all high ranking. Highly recommended for solo and family travelers! Cleanliness, courtesy of the staff, super delicious breakfasts ??☕️? are at the top level! Shout out to Management Nino Lejava on great work and super swift response! Prime location right near to the promenade! We loved every bit of staying at Elegance Hotel! We were pleasantly surprised by compliments from hotel on our anniversary???You took our hearts! We will definitely come back to Batumi! And we come back to you! Until then.

I received the best room in the hotel with view to the yard, with nice balcony

Breakfast was not staffed sufficiently, slow removal of used dishes from the tables, supply of the food to the buffet was lacking, often waiting for basic stuff as eggs or juice.

If you came to swim in black see and you like comfort for affordable price this hotel is a best option. There is a lot small fruit trading spots and cafes around.

The only maybe not really convenient thing that the air conditioning is centralized in rooms despite you have a control panel in the room it does not matter if you tune your temperature to 19 or 26 :) it will be the same cold in the room. So you can adjust it only by opening your balcony door.... which is also not bad option by the way taking into account almost 100% absence of any insects in the night air of Batumi ))
