Le Meridien Batumi

The hotel was excellent in every aspect. The atmosphere was very comfortable, the furniture was modern and stylish, and everything felt clean and well maintained. The service was outstanding, especially Luka, who was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Perfect place. The price is a bit high but worth the money! Luxurious and affordable breakfast. The most comfortable bed we had on the entire trip. Huge room, luxurious bathroom, nice staff, there is parking on site. Excellent location for those who want to travel to all the main places in Batumi. Highly recommend!!!!

The service from every one that is not the front desk is a joke level. Worst I had in years. The pool manager literally fought with me for not writing my name clear enough on some bill. I will never go back to this hotel!

The facilities is very nice, great indoor pool and sauna. Breakfast is amazing and the rooms are very clean and beautiful.

We came an hour after check in time and the room wasn’t ready, we had to wait one move hour and then gave up and took a room in a lower floor.The massage was shorter than it’s supposed to be.At the second day we went out and come back to the room at 5pm and have no cleaning service but they had time to send us a guy to check if we took something from the mini bar..

Unsupportive staff with tune of rudeness! From manager to trainee.Unbelievable noise! From inside and outside the hotel, I couldn’t sleep and they didn’t help me to change the room. Even when someone close the door in the room next door you can hear and feel it.I complained every night but no support l, all they said is “sorry”

A little bit overpriced. Staff were amazing, but room service was too slow. One day they didn't clean my room depsite me asking them to 3 times...

We had a really nice time at Le Méridien Batumi. The location is perfect—just a few steps from the promenade, historic sights like Europe Square, and tons of restaurants. Highly walkable.  The staff were super friendly and helpful—check‑in was smooth, and they were always welcoming.  Our room was spacious, clean, and had great views from the private balcony. The A/C worked really well, and there was a wardrobe, minibar, and comfy seating area. 

For the price, breakfast felt pretty average—limited food options, especially if you’re staying more than a couple of days.The shower cabin door wasn’t sealed properly, so water kept splashing out onto the floor.The carpet doesn’t cover the entire room, and the wooden floor creaks loudly, which got annoying, especially at night.

The location is right on the spot for many attractions... I would also give my great appreciation for the front desk manger Mrs.Natia for the lovely help and support

The price a little higher than usual due to the season. Also there was a false alarm that woke up me at night .. I contacted the management and compensated me fir the inconvenience

We stayed from December 31 to January 1, and everything was wonderful! We really appreciated the late checkout until 3 PM, which allowed us to relax properly. There were New Year’s treats in the room, everything was cozy and beautifully arranged. The staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel! It was a birthday getaway, and the staff made it very memorable by upgrading the room and surprising me with a complimentary champagne and cake. Loved it! Thank you. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The hotel is very cozy and smells great. The room was very clean, warm, quiet, smelled good. The bed was comfortable.The breakfast buffet has a good variety of food and desserts are top notch. The indoor pool is also clean and a good size to enjoy an evening swim. Location is convenient, as it's a short walk to the beach and old part of Batumi. I would definitely recommend and would love to keep coming back.

I stayed two nights, the next day from check in we went out and return to the room at 1800, the room was not cleaned no house keeping was provided until we called them and they have sent a staff immediately.

The hotel staff is very friendly and polite. I really liked the room, it had everything I needed, very clean, cozy and beautiful. The breakfast is also excellent

Everything is fine

- The hotel's location and proximity to the coastline are fantastic. (The promenade along the coast is very long and wide.)- The design of the hotel is nice and modern. Compared to most hotels in Batumi, it has a newer and more contemporary design.- I'm not very comfortable with heat, so having the air conditioning work properly during this season was excellent.

- There's no proper welcome, no bellboy, and no valet. The front of the hotel is crowded with parked cars, and it's unclear where you are supposed to park.- We drank water from the minibar, but it wasn't replenished the next day.- The coffee machine was leaking water.- In the wardrobe, there was a space designed for a shoehorn or shoe polish accessories, but neither was provided. I assume they decided against it to avoid theft.- The shower gel dispenser in the shower was broken, and I had to remove the pump to use it manually. They didn't bother to repair or replace it, as it was in the same condition the next day.I hope they address these issues and work on improving themselves.
