Clean, quiet and comfortable. Good location

Air con struggled to cool room down

Convenient location, air conditioning worked amazing on the 46 degree day. Huge rooms, amazing high ceilings. Everything was very clean, possibly recently renovated. The family room was much bigger than we were expecting so it was great! The meals at the hotel were large sizes, tasted great and were reasonably priced. As we come to Numurkah often to see family, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Location and friendly staff with good meals thrown in at the bistro

Great location, clean room, comfortable bed, fantastic coffee shop/ bakery next door.

We had a great stay, the only negative I could pick was that a cleaner started vacuuming the hallway or the room next door at 7:30am in the morning.

The convenience of the accommodation. Room had been renovated so it was pleasant. Staff were friendly and the dinner meal was quite nice in the pub.

I'm going to say. Maybe some new mattresses. If you have mobility issues its not suitable 22 steep stairs to get upstairs to the rooms. Aircon while it worked was set to a specific temp and as it was a 42degree heat day the room was very hot and stuffy and only just cooked the room down. Having really high ceilings probably didnt help with cooling. But these were minor issues.

Make sure you ask if...

The room did not have a window and was not advertised as such. All pictures shown look lovely- with windows! It was very disappointing to stay for two nights in a room with brick walls. It was like being in a prison cell. It’s not how we wanted to spend our get away. Finding out when we checked in was too late to find alternative accommodation. Very disappointed.

Music from bar was a bit loud but it didn’t go too late.

Clean, modern facilities, comfy bed, nice bathroom & shower. Quiet.

No clear instructions or signs that the bar was also the 'reception to check in. Staff at the bar didn't know they let out rooms, except for one person.

It was in town and walking distance to work and food places.

They had music up LOUD most nights of my stay, Wednesday night 12am!! Wasn’t the best for getting up and going to work in the morning. Shower was also less than desired with it always being hot or cold.

Room was very clean. Easy access to our room if the pub was closed

Staircase to external door full of webs and dirty ash tray at top of stairs. As a smoker it would be quite easy to clean ash tray daily

Rooms are very clean staff are very welcoming easy check in and out

Shower shelf to close to shower head very uncomfortable having a shower as you have to avoid the glass shelf

For what we wanted location was perfect

We were worried about the stairs on the outside of the property but we managed them fine

The showers are terrible, scalding hot then freezing cold with absolutely no pressure. Everything else was fine.

Room 6 had a smell at night and the mattress was very uncomfortable and needs replacing

There was no breakfast. The room was comfortable and airy.

The food on offer at the bistro is old-fashioned. The decor is gloomy. I am a city boy (although I lived in Numurkah for five years a long time ago) with city tastes in food. I didn’t find any decent food in Numurkah and was disappointed that it wasn’t available at the hotel.

The night entertainment from the establishment kept me awake but amused as well. Staff member while in the bar and games area was so friendly, and helpful.

So glad we were able to manage the steps.

The location was great and the food and drinks at the bar were great value for money. The room had a couch which made watching the TV far more enjoyable than it would have been sitting on the bed.

The bed was not comfortable and dipped so far in the middle, it made it tricky to get out of bed. The bathroom looked fancy but without a shower door, the floor got very wet.

Great pub meal and accommodation was good for one night

Way over priced for location nothing there so why $180
