The apartment was large and comfortable with a gorgeous lookout over the lake

There was a little outside noise that I could here from my bedroom. The bedroom doors were not easy to slide.

Very spacious rooms.Daughter loved heated pool, great for pre dawn swims.

Love the location! Love how big the room was and the views. Love the pool! Also love how there are no keys to get in but a code on the keypad.

Just things that could improve the property have speakers in the pool area and music playing. Also a bit better blockout curtains in the bedroom as the light from the pool area and street lights are on all night and come through.

The hotel is in a great location. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the pool area is perfect.

The rooms are very spacious but they are definitely in need of an upgrade especially for the price they are charging per night.

There are two stairs halfway up the hallway, which is not a problem for most. As my partner has a leg amputation, during the night, he had to put his leg on to go to the toilet and bathroom. Not a big deal, but it may be for some people.

Great location, clean spacious apartment and easy access to town. The staff were super helpful and returned a jumper I mistakenly left in the wardrobe..

The apartment is very large and not pre-warmed for our arrival so initially was a bit cold. Felt they could have left one heater on low prior to our check in, to help. Just a time of year factor. Sure in warmer months be great.

Awesome location,view and customer service. Phil was easy to get along with and there for whatever you needed. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, great apartment very well appointed with comfortable beds, spare bed and bedding for sleep over with grandchildren, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and knife sharpener, washing machine and dryer, friendly helpful staff, they even turned on great weather for us. Thanks Phil and team, we had a wonderful holiday. The little girls loved the puttputt and the BBQ. We loved being close enough to each other to share our time, food and the children but also having our own space.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Amazing views.Great welcome pack that promoted other local business.

Should of stayed longer.

The pool, tennis court, playground and mini golf meant that there were lots of activities to keep the kids entertained onsite.

The property was perfect for us! The apartment was spacious, had a full kitchen and the view was beautiful at all times of the day. We loved that there was a sauna and sports areas also.

If I had to pick something, it would be that the tennis court is not a full size tennis court. Other than that, the accomodation exceeded our expectations.

We like pretty well everything about the Lake Mulwala Boatel. It’s spacious well appointed with a great balcony and view.

The only slight criticism would be the road noise from the bedroom.

The bath towels are amazing and so big

Unfortunately the door to our room when we arrived was not locked /closed

Didn’t have the breakfast,

Said we would get a complimentary bottle of bubbly but we didn’t and the the lights in the main room half we’re working!!

Great location and very spacious. Having two bedrooms and cooking facilities was a bonus.

It was a bit cold! The AC’s took a bit to heat up the areas (however it was bitterly cold outside).
