Overall a very good stay, everything was just as we expected. Kids had a great time, family facilities are excellent.The staff were very helpful. Eg, we went to go purchase some ice from the kiosk and they were out of ice, awaiting a delivery. Half an hour later received a text message stating they'd now received ice. Other communications also done by text message, very helpful.

Furniture look a bit tired. Dining chairs are very flimsy & old.

The pool area was great

Was the perfect spot for our family for exactly what we needed. The kids loved the little activities each day. Our cabin was in the perfect location right across from the jumping pillow. Had everything we needed. Staff were so friendly and helpful.Would definitely stay again.Just what we needed to reset and spend time together.

It is a lovely place to stay but was not happy that because we only stayed 5 nights we were not once offered clean towels or toilet paper

The villa had a queen bed? Loved the mattress. A full sized fridge and freezer, loved that too. Well setup and felt it out did a standard motel room. I think I am sold on looking for similar accommodation for my other upcoming trips.

Budget cabin is a good size and a full size fridge was a nice surprise.

TV's need to be upgraded to smart TV's so you can use streaming services.

Bed was not very comfortable.Bathroom sink needs a facelift Dining chairs are flimsy…need replacement.

Very clean and well maintained bungalow. Staff were great, from check-in to check-out they show professionalism and high level of hospitality. Swimming pool was clean, inviting and big enough to provide enough room for everyone to enjoy. We stayed on the first line to the water and wake up to a beautiful sunrise.

Good location not too far away with the use of a car.Decent value for money.Air conditioner cooled the cabin down quickly.Pool and other facilities were great

Main bedroom blinds were not wide enough for the window letting light into the room in the morning.Floor coverings were old and started to lift.Only an old electric frypan available and nothing for the stove top made it difficult to cook with.

location was excellent, however except for the lake, everywhere else you needed a car. The sporting clubs all provide a pickup and drop off bus service to the resort.

the cabin we were in, lake view, was starting to show a bit of wear and tear, floor level is staring to be not to level.

The pool, jumping cushion and playground were fabulous! It was an easy location to get to places and the town was lovely. Would definitely stay again.

The bed was VERY uncomfortable. It sagged badly with two adults. Not sure if you can put a board between the base and the mattress to improve it.

Very clean and well presented. Bedding was comfortable.

The had non working games in the games room. Maybe suggest removing or replacing broken items, so parents don’t have to explain why

Staff were friendly, the cabin was clean and had all the basics needed . The 2 pools were functional, and the weather was permitting. I would definitely recommend it.

It had everything we needed, great pool facilities, playground for the kids, BBQ area, it was wonderful!

Location is good for fishing, excellent customer service and clean. I only stayed one night, so good for what I needed.

Slightly dated and worn, blinds let in sunlight in the early morning, fridge needed updating I could hear it running all the time. Steps to cabin were starting to rot, so a possible accident. But passable for the price.
