great location, clean comfortable, room as described

Arrived at the property, back car park rubbish everywhere bin’s filled. Went to the room where there was rubbish hanging out from under the bed, and under bed more rubbish. Bed’s worst we have slept on.

Pool was nice but the sit down furniture was very out dated and broken.

Clean, quiet and comfortable.

I thought the size of the room was excellent. The TV reception was exceptional. The shower was of an excellent size. The furnishing were clean and comfortable. All in all a very good room.

Bed was only a double, a queen size would have been more comfortable

Toilet paper was too thin, very low quality.

Didn't really dislike anything.It's a great little hotel, located in prime position to the lake and RSL.The pool and spa were stone cold and the rooms could do with an upgrade Ie. Linen couch ectBut still a great place to stay.

Gardens need a good clean up

Very friendly staff. Lovely scenery from rooms. Clean and tidy.

Gardens could do with some TLC

Perfect location, lawns and gardens were very untidy. Ask to get our air conditioning fixed and nothing happened.

Rooms were spacious and very clean.Each room over looks the pool which is lovely and they are quiet.Parking is a bit odd…you have to carry your luggage through a walkway and around to your room however it’s not far.Microwave, cutlery, tea/coffee facilities, toaster and mini fridge..all very handy.

The issue experienced was not so much with the motel itself, but with a group of middle-aged 'adults' who were drinking/ noisy around the pool area.

Close to clubs

Poor room maintenance with unusable bed lamp with broken fittings, some power points not working, shower head loose and dangerous, rear cover of toilet cracked and difficulty trying to fill kettle under tap. Carpets old and grubby.

Convenient location with lovely outlook across the lake and next door to the Mulawa club. Very helpful staff.

Wheelie bins for bottles, outside each room were unattractive as were the ashtrays on individual tables outside each room. Also, ducks in the swimming pool did not make it appealing for swimming. Outside areas needed a clean.

The room was excellent & clean and well set out. The location was perfect for us to play golf and to easily walk to the golf course & golf club. Also the RSL is right next door, they have good meals there. The location is elevated that gives good views across Lake Mulwala. The staff were excellent and helpful.

The area around the pool was not well grassed and attended to but the pool was great.

The roomCleaning staff are doing a brilliant job but far too much work for the staff.Cleanee was overworked Fridge needs defrosted. It looks like it hasn't been defrosted for years.Floor dirty step far too high to get in.Didn't order breakfast as the place far too dirty Vender machine all out of order same with laundry. Price was reasonable, depending on how far you book in advance, overwise far to expensive Car parking is no good Sorry for complaining as other people may fine this, ok?Air conditioner no good far too loud no decent cool air inthe heat Bed, no good Bathroom ok.No staff at reception only need the poor overworked cleaner trying her best.
