Booked a queen room with a spa, check in and we are put in a double room without a spa

Check in was an easy process. Management were very accommodating and friendly. Very relaxed and chilled atmosphere. Quiet location. Immaculately cleaned room. Highly Recommend.

I can't really think of anything that I didn't like.

The location was good. Close to the city but away from traffic.

The place is cramped. Facility is old and could do with refurbishing.

Phil was a very friendly and accomodating host.Rooms were cool and quiet.

Owners were welcoming and friendly. Motel was central to locations we wanted to travel too.Room was value for us as a family

Access by code allowed late check in. (Could this be predictable, and therefore not secure?) Message confirming was positive and welcoming.

Mysterious noises in the night were disconcerting. By myself, I would not stay again.

Love the you can check in with code for doors and with prepayment so easy when you need to flexibility. We had an event that prevented regular check in procedure just made a call to advise and they organised it all. Brilliant

the room was clean and the beds were comfortable

The pool is advertised as heated it wasn't the staff saw us enter the pool on our first day and didn't approach us or turn on the heater for the pool.

Draughty as all motels, could improve energy efficiency and save money through effective draft sealing.

Room was very clean as was the bathroom, great hot shower. The bed was very uncomfortable and cold, I froze all night, in fact I kept waking up with my hips hurting owning to how cold the bed was. Surely, they can afford to put a decent mattress, mattress protecter and electric blanket on the bed for a comfortable night's sleep for their guests. I kept the air-condition on 27 all night in the attempt to get warm, even then the air condition didn't heat up as well as it should. Perhaps they need to check and clean the filter in it. I wouldn't stay there again, nor could I recommend the motel to others.
