How it was quiet clean set out beautifully and convenient close to shops and renovated beautifully as well

So bad we could not stay.

We walked into the room - the curtains were wide open to display a filthy window. Floor had not been cleaned. Room deodorizer so strong I could not stop sneezing. We could not stay and left straight away.

Pola is exceptional. She makes sure everything is percect! Rooms are super clean and spacious! The location is great, walking distance to the center of Geelong, pier, malls, etc. Highly recommended!

The room was modern and well decorated with quality tiles (in bathroom). The room was a bit on the small size compared to what I'm used to. The biggest disappointment was the cold shower on the 1st morning. When reported to reception they stated it was an ongoing issue that was being looked into.

My husband like the modern decor. the roomyness was good.

the doona was thin. there were no blankets or electric blanket. it was freezing cold at bedtime. there was not t-towel to wipe the cups or glasses. The new microwave was impossible to understand and there were no clear instructions. there was no folder for information.

The staff were accommodating for late check in. The facility has been renovated and is clean. Ceilings still need to be fixed in the bathroom.

The walls are very thin and there was a door between my room and the room next to me which made the acoustic even louder from the couple next door who were smoking, drinking, playing music, talking, etc almost all night. Even after I asked them to turn the volume down. The noise and smell of cigarette smoke did not make for much sleep.

The room was very modernly appointed. The bathroom was super clean. Rather than squeeze the hand basin into the bathroom it was located in the entry of the room and was generously sized. The mirror above the basin was state of the art. Having a microwave as well as the standard electric kettle was great. This motel is deceptive from the outside. The outside screams outdated budget accommodation but the inside is very sleek and modern.

A comfier chair or small sofa would have been good but I suspect this is temporary while renovations are being completed. Having the smoking area under the stairs wasn't great.

No Breakfast offered. No menu as renovations in order.

Location

Room was inundated with ants. Was already a room upgrade on arriving. Left at 1am headed home. I without never stay again.

It was a cosy little room with everything we needed for a short stay while waiting for the ferry

We could hear people in the next room doing and saying all kinds of nasty stuff, it wasn't the kind of stuff my teenage daughter needed to be hearing... Luckily we had a tv and air conditioning to try block them out for the most part.

Was in a very dramatic situation and they were very accommodating. Booked last minute and they went out of their way to help myself and my partner after dealing with a domestic violence problem. Can't rate them high enough

We needed an overnight stopover before boarding the Spirit of Tasmania in the morning. The Kingsway was perfect, being only 8 minutes from the wharf. There's a Pub very close with great meals.

The motel has been refurbised well, utilising the available space.Unfortunately, the traffic noise from the street made it difficult to sleep.The high-tech mirror has a blue light switch, which lit up the room quite a bit. If I stay there again, I'd choose a room at the back away from traffic

Easy location to find. If you are using public transportation, there is bus stop outside of the motel. The main train station is an easy walk from the motel.

The hotel is old and looks terrible when you arrive.(am assuming this may change).Renovations are happening, but noise was so bad we had to leave room earlier than required. Difficult to get to room due to skip bins and stairs were quite dangerous.The beds were too hard. Due to age of hotel, the entry door to room banged all night as didn't close properly. We were unable to get carpark and had to park on busy street.

Room was lovely, clean and modern. Only minor negative was the bed mattress was hard however we had a great nights sleep.
