Location was great

Not very clean. Carpet need cleaning lots of stain and the sofa as well. No fan in the bedroom. Too hot once the door closed

Spots on the carpet, the dust underneath the kitchen cabinets kick boards area & around the fridge & no where to put your garbage , no Shute area & the money you pay to stay there to have to pay for parking & one ply toilet paper really

We loved the location, the comfort of the room, the beds and the bathroom. Everything was fantastic.

Great Location. Good sized room. Comfortable Bed but terrible pillows. Bathroom good size. Kitchen well equipped. Enclosed balcony was good.

The building was filthy dirty. Outside covered in cobwebs and the windows were disgusting. The carpet in the room was filthy with stains. The whole building needs a deep clean - inside and out.

As we were using the yacht club close by the distance to it was perfect.

When my partner arrived by car she was not given access to the room because it was booked under my name not hers. Enen though she had a copy of the booking. This was a slight inconvenience.

Unfortunately very noisy at night from cars Due to location.

Room set up was really cool, being able to create privacy from the bunk beds, nice spacious bathroom and good sized couch.

Lift was incredibly slow during busy periods, used the fire escape stairs as it seemed like the only other option to get to the lobby.

I liked the location which is walking distance to the beach and close to Westfield. The property is well maintained. The one bedroom apartment has kitchen and all utensils needed for cooking( oven, microwave, toaster, a simple coffee machine, pans and pots, even a dishwasher) enough we needed for a short stay.

Onsite parking is additional charge. It would be nice if it was included

The apartment was spacious, immaculately clean and it was serviced every day. The bed was particularly comfortable, and we loved the pillows. It's a two minute walk down to the beach and the bollard walk. The shopping centre is a five minute walk, so buying food isn't a problem. The train and bus station is a 20 minute walk away. The staff were friendly and couldn't have been more helpful.

The kitchen facilities were quite basic - a tiny fridge with a very small freezer compartment, the door of which was broken, probably because it needed defrosting. Just a microwave for cooking. The soundproofing wasn't great. We were woken up with noise from the street and also by fellow guests adjacent and above.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location, close to water front and shopping. Safe and secure parking. Room very spacious and very clean.

Our apartment was spacious, light filled and secure. The floor plan is well designed. We enjoyed the use of the balcony that had windows we could open. We appreciated the screens on the windows.Having a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer in the room is a bonus. The kitchen is well stocked. Everything is clean and comfortable.

The apartment was perfectly clean with everything we needed.Location is also perfect , with lovely views , close to shops, waterfront, and restaurants .Definitely will be back .

Nothing everything was perfect

Great room layout for family of 4, the bunks are situated in their own space so it is really like a 2 bed room! washer and dryer were a bonus along with the enclosed verandah
