Below expedctations

Room musty, carpet sticky, water flow dismal, stove dirty, bathroom floor filthy, unable to find room 30 (apparently not onsite but across the road), no reception present.

I will never stay here...

Dirty dishes in room, to use --- !! Broken windows that do not close - bugs/ cockroaches - no staff - TV does not allow devices to cast.

Good

The upstairs bedroom had no opening windows so it was as hot as Hades when I arrived at 11-30 at night, and stayed that way for hours.

I really liked that the property was in a great location. It was very spacious and clean, which made the stay comfortable. The staff were also really helpful whenever I called reception.

It was central and waking distance from where i needed to be.

The mattress were too soft for my back and was a bit uncomfortable but bedding was clean and neat thank you.

Location was proximal to the motorway.

We were moved to the Avana Suites which was marginally better than Champers but still the floors were so sticky and dirty we had to keep our shoes on inside, the handles, door knobs and light switches were sticky, there was grime down the cupboard doors and in the drawers, the kitchen sink was covered with dirt and the kitchen cloth was greasy, the oven didn't work, there weren't any rubbish bins, there was hair in the bathroom, there was a broken glass in the cupboard, there were cockroaches, the neighbors kept us awake nightly with their shouting through the walls from the adjoining room, the house was flooded with strong cooking smells each night, no towel rail, windows didn't open, no laundry facilities available- one was empty and the other didn't have electricity to the laundry. And my credit card was billed more than the amount that I booked it for. The property is well below standard and should not be available until it's fit for use.

Disappointing

There were no free to air TV channels available on our TV, you had to stream anything you wanted to watch such as Netflix etc and pay for it, plus Wifi also was extremely unreliable.

Had a Upstairs room, the stairs are very noisy. A builder would be able to make them better.The rooms in general are clean enough but could be alot cleaner- eg door frames, walls, carpets could do with a clean.Pillows were too big, couldn't sleep with one, maybe a second smaller option would be good.Kitchen had bare basis, no knife to cut anything

Location was good, ideal

Kitchen was poorly equipped and very run down had to ask for basics, no plug for the sink, no chopping board or knife, not enough plates and bowls or dishcloth. No mirrors in bedrooms, lighting poor, 1 single mattress old and uncomfortable. No rubbish bin in bathrooms for disposal of sanitary products.

The rooms were clean and tidy, beds were comfortable and clean.

Poor value for money spent. Was below standard for a motor inn. Kitchen not fully equipped, facility very run down outside was poorly maintained. Needs alot of tlc. One of the single beds was very uncomfortable and an old mattress little padding springs had no give.

Very spacious. It had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, good shower.

Location was near the highway. Wifi is smooth. Tv was ok.

Carpet is sticky. Door was hard to lock because It kept opening randomly. Room was smelly. Room was hot.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Good location for short term stay.

Would have liked extra pillows (only 2). Shower rose was spraying water out the top and ice box was fully iced up. Not a big problem but we let them know as they probably weren't aware.

Easy to find spacious

Bed was to small and needed some tlc

The manager was lovely. Easy to find and the rooms were clean.

It needs a lot of up dating. I wouldn't like to be there in the winter as the windows didn't close very well.

The bedroom is very spacious, with Queen Sized bed, very comfy for me and my husband. The kitchen utilities is good, we cooked breakfast(noodle) before we departs. The staff allow us a late check-in at around 1:30am midnight which is beyond my expectation. Thank you very much.

Unclean and untidy. Discusting and incects everwhere.
