- The hotel rooms are clean and plenty of disposable items are available in the lobby. The shower pressure in the rooms was nice, and the staff were very friendly and gracious. It was nice that the rooms had minibar-sized fridges at this price point. The location is a little walk from Nagoya Station but not bad.
Cons -
- The bed was very uncomfortable. The sheets felt stiff and the strange massage pillows, half-feather and half strange solid lumps, really wasn't very nice. It was also tucked into a corner so if you travel as a couple, expect one person to have to clamber over the other if they need to get up in the night. Some rubbish from a previous guest was left in the trash can in one room when we checked in, but the staff emptied it immediately when informed and they were very apologetic about it, so we didn't consider that a bad point at all overall.
