Toyama Chitetsu Hotel

The hotel is very close to toyama station. Convinient within . The staff are nice and welcome. Buffet breakfast also good. Close to tram too , and got free 2 rides of it.Room also good not small.

Love everything about the hotel and proximity to the Alpine Route. Keep up the great service.

Nothing really though we arrived 7 pm, had a quick dinner, went to bed and got out at 4.30 am to catch the 5 am train out to tateyama!

The location of the hotel, the quality of the service staff and the size and cleanness of the room were all plusses.As we had travelled by train to Toyama, it was a treat to stay at Toyama Station. In addition, the staff were courteous, helpful and friendly.

Finding the hotel entrance was not an easy task. There should be more signage to direct customers to the hotel.The breakfast was a bit bleaker as far as western styled breakfast go, but that is not to be expected as there were few western patrons at this hotel.

Clean, spacious and affordable at a convenient location

Perfect location right next to the train station. coming out of the station you can see all city busses -about 60m to the left, you could see escalator and elevator that will take you to the 2nd floor, then another elevator takes you to the checking area - the room and public area were very clean, very comfortable mattress, staff friendly and perfect western English spoken,

It has a perfect location especially if you are doing the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route. It's literally in the Dentetsu Toyama Station. The staffs are kind and friendly and they gave me free tram tickets when I left my luggage for storage even before I check in. It has good amenities and it even has selection of shampoo and conditioner in the lobby where you can take amount in your room. They even have a pen to mark your resealable bag. Appreciate this attention to small details.

The hotel location is very near JR staion and the accommodation is good. There are free self service beverage and comfy massage chair.

The location was great. The hotel was quite new and renovated.

The rooms were small but like most hotels in Japan. Breakfast was all right but only if you like Japanese style breakfast

Great location just next to JR station with all covered path to hotel. Free coffee and tea at reception foor.Not much choice for breakfast with almost the same dishes as I stayed 4 nights here. No facial products provided such as toner and cream with only face wash in bathroom.

Great location just near train station convenient for transport, food and shopping.Wall is a bit thin as can hear next room which depends on the guest's voice. Unlike most hotels in Japan, no facial products such as toner and cream provided.

The staff was polite and helpful, although not able to communicate well in English, however they patiently explain and draw it out me the parking fee and right location. Breakfast included and staffs indicate to me the breakfast peak/off peak timing in detail by drawing in graphic. hahaha..... Thank you!!!!Location was right on the spot on train station. For those travel by train, that will the first pick.

The location not easy to pick up by vehicle navigation system (deep in from the main road and front desk @ level 2), those driving need to be aware for the hotel co-share carpark arrangement (1000 Yen). Due to road safety and I just make a turn to shopping mall carpark (2000 Yen) to avoid traffic problem.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Obviously good location.

Bed was not comfortable and was small for two people

Perfect location right next to the train station.. Good wonderful amenities. Just beyond what I expected. They even have a lounge with coffee/tea, massage chairs and Japanese comic books. The selection of shampoo and conditioner is amazing. I like the warm towels provided at the lobby. The room was decently sized and big by Japanese standards. Everything was new and clean. Breakfast was also great.

The location is perfect! The room is clean and the coin laundry is much helpful.

Please provide at least spoon at tea corner. Thanks.
