The location is the best for an autumn walk along the avenue and Toyama Castle.The room is quite spacious compared to other business hotels. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Breakfast. I would have completely panned this place had it not been redeemed by breakfast. They have a soft serve machine in the breakfast buffet. All you need to know.

Just about everything except breakfast, which felt like an apology for everything else. I think that nobody cares about this hotel. It feels sad and lonely, and a relic of the 90s. Heavy wood and dark fabrics. Reminded me of a US Midwest airport hotel. Avoid unless essential. Everything was clean, but worn out. Frayed.

Location and view is great, restaurant and especially breakfast.If you want to try Toyama special seafood, i recommend to add breakfast to your booking. Famous squids, fish, seaweed. Only white shrimps you will have to find in some other place.Staff is nice, super well trained and friendly. Bar on 19th floor is must visit

AC is hot although is set to coldest temperature, made us not comfortable sleeping.

The staff were very helpful and friendly at all times. The room was very comfortable in all ways. The beds were big and the pillows soft. The views across to the castle were pleasant. The set meal on floor 5 and the breakfast were excellent. The breakfast was the best in Japan.

The pillows were too soft. It would’ve been good to have a firmer pillow available.

This is wonderful place. Every thing which I need was there. Wonderful thing is that halal food was available within hotel...No need to go out side. Tea taste and presentation was awesome. Every day clean the room and put new items. The beautiful ✍️ pad and pen ease many things...love ANA crown Plaza.wish you come back

The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. I like Crowne Plaza Toyama as it allows me to have breakfast with Toyama Castle :)

I really appreciated the availability of the staff to let me check in a bit early.Returnable umbrella, everything else is as describe on the pic.Good location in city center. Good view from floor 12.

The staff is the star of this hotel. They go out of their way to make sure guests are well served. During my stay, I had several requests for extra service and the staff delivered all of them.

It rained for 4 days straight during my stay at the hotel. But, I suppose they couldn’t control the weather.

Straightforward 15 minute easy walk to the train station (just follow the road). High class, welcoming and kind staff. My room was high up and I had a great view of the city centre lit up at night.

The size of the room was good and I liked the "tea" area where the kettle etc was. It was much more spacious than our hotels in Tokyo & Kanazawa. Even the bathroom had space to put your toiletries in.

While the lobby looked very fancy, the room itself was dated and badly needed a new shower curtain. The pull out bed for the third person in our party was very uncomfortable.

The concierge staff were helpful. In particular Ms Naomi was super helpful in helping me book restaurants both in hotel and in the vicinity. We had a teppanyaki meal in the hotel restaurant on 5th level and it was good.
