APA Hotel Toyama Ekimae Minami

APA hotels are always good... this one particularly is just few blocks from Toyama main station... rooms, as usual very small but still convenient, clean... no complains

I had a great time at APA Hotel, the view on the main street is pretty and it's close to the station. The breakfast was also really good!

The staff in reception were very, very professional and polite. The hotel is in a very good location and is very clean.

The room was tiny. We made a reservation for two people with a double bed and we could barely move inside the room. I kept hitting my leg against the small chair next to the bed. There was no space to put our bags, so we had to leave them by the door next to where we took off our shoes. The room had a very noticeable tobacco smell, although to be fair we had no choice but to order a smoking room because there were no non-smoking rooms left.Breakfast is provided in a small Italian bar attached to the hotel lobby. It was a very basic buffet in tiny tables with barely any space to sit.

Staff was very friendly, Toyama station was very close and the room space was very nice. Very comfortable stay.

There is another APA hotel nearby and I accidently went to that one. Walking in summer and finding out it was the wrong one wasn't pleasant.

This hotel is very conveniently located, a short 200 metre walk from the train station. There is a well stocked Albi nearby. We could do the alpine route very easily as the Dentetsu station is also very close. From our room window we could see the snow peaked mountains and lovely sunrise. The room is a little tight but well equipped and we had a comfortable stay. It was an easy train ride to Tokyo on the Shinkansen. Location is great but the bed is uncomfortable. Breakfast need more variety. Staff is helpful.

The location was really great, near all the amenities. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

The bathroom was very small.

Convenient location very near the jr station. Lots of food options. Small (as.expected) but clean and comfy. Loved the flat pillow which was also for sale...didnt know a flat pillow can be just right!

Extremely rigid regulation with no consideration: After 10.30, check-out, fines are applied. You are basically called at 10.20 to be explained, and no explanation were given on the previous day. I should have read the rules better, but the method of annoucement was quite displeasing

Hotel situated close to Toyama station, with restaurant available in the hall. The room is small, as it is usual with Japanese hotels, but it has all it needs for the stay.

Bathtub didn't drain water properly, probably need some cleaning.

Location was good next to railway station. Room was fairly clean and staff were teasonably attentive.

Close to Toyama station.Forgot my key card in the room and the staff gave me a new one without any hassle.Check in/out is so easy.

I thought the room I booked has a city view, I just had a view of another building. ?The paper I got when checked in said that they had public bath house at 17th floor, called the reception and said they don't have it. Really confusing.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with a variety of fresh dishes both Japanese and Western. The restaurant staff was also very nice and polite.The hotel location is very good, close from the Toyama station and touristic places. I highly recommend this hotel if you visit Toyama.

Everything was perfect!

Location was convenient - near train station, convenience stores, malls.

Basin tap and shower tap were connected, which wasn't very intuitive to use. Was hard to control the water flow when washing hands, and felt like I was wasting water. Also the room toilet had kind of a step at the entrance (it's not flat level), so it was quite troublesome.

Amazing location(literally 5mins walk from Toyama station with me dragging my luggage and backpack), staff were friendly(albeit not very well versed in English) and the room has everything you need and then some. There's 2 different convenience stores both 2mins walk away and a variety of dining options too. Walking distance(give or take 20mins) to some of the popular attractions too.

Quite honestly nothing. Maybe the slight difficulty in conversing with the staff due to language barrier. But other than that the staff do try their best.

The location is nice, it is right by the station, and the staff was very nice. They were able to hold my luggage.

The room was very small, and I did not expect to be in a smoking floor. The smell was not great.
