Comfort Hotel Toyama

A little pricey

Breakfast was exceptional. Variety of healthy based food and drink items. Very organized and welcoming environment. Fantastically convenient and visible location, 5 minutes away from main train station.

Perhaps higher grade appliances inside room such as the hot water kettle and the refrigerator would undoubtedly enhance the overall guest experience.

Good location, it closes to the train station. The twin beds room is big. The staff are very kind and helpful. The facilities and breakfast is good. It is in good price.

The time for breakfast is a bit fast. It only has 20 minutes to finish the breakfast.

The staff was super friendly, free breakfast, great location across from Toyama station.

Small room

Near the train station. Free breakfast

Pillows and bed are NOT comfortable. The room and facility are dated

Staff was good and friendly Breakfast was good, even though we are vegetarian, they had enough options for us

All good

Very well located, super close to the train station. You can get to the hotel by foot from the train station. Staff very helpful and even when language could be a wall they'll do they best. Breakfast has a lot of Japanese food options and if you are vegetarian, don't need to worry about, there will be options enough to star the day in a nice vibe.

Room is a bit small, but nothing so bad.

It was super close to the train station which was handy for us given we were there only for one night and had to be at the station the next day. So close walking distance

The rooms were small and left very little space for lugagge

The scrambled eggs were the best! The staff was friendly and accomodating.

The position of the bed was facing the logo of JAL hotel and it was very bright.

it was simple and easy as we were heading off at 5am on the train, staff were lovely and it was a nice hotel, they made you feel like family

better air quality control in the rooms, it was either too hot or too cold - nothing in-between

Location .. 5 mins to JR Toyama Station. Rooms are well equipped. Breakfast spread is acceptable n food is fresh.

Breakfast was great, including several healthy choices. Location was prime, 2 minute walk to Toyama Station.

Flow of customers during breakfast was stagnant at times, recommend initiate a system to improve this situation.

Great location, rooms are spacious as compared to those in Tokyo. Staff at the reception recommended great places to dine.

Staff miscommunicated to us on the baggage delivery. A couple of them couldn’t be bothered much with overseas guest. They could do a bit more work on that.

Handy location and nice features. Great breakfast.

Bed against the wall.

Great location. It was a nice room with nice little conveniences.

The pillows were bad and it would have been good to have extra pillows.

Very good hotel for the money. Across the street one block from Toyama Station. Quiet room, very good beds, air filter in room, coin laundry was very busy but worked okay, good breakfast, great front desk staff, very clean.

Toyama is culturally deficient for a city with such a rich Maeda history. Japanese graphics and text at museums are poor, English is almost non-existent. Takaoka is better, but still deserves much deeper graphic display attention to it’s great history.

Convenient for the Kurobe Alpine Route.

No laundry room. Bed linens were off white. No onsen on site. Breakfast varieties were limited and weren't good. Body wash smells horrible, need to be replaced with a better quality one.

Small compact room near station.

Congested at breakfast even thou you choose your time slot.

Great location comfortable bed, friendly, helpful staff. As for the breakfast; Absolutely the worst food I have ever tasted. Inedible, not fit for human consumption.I tossed it in the trash, went to a 7-11 and bought an egg sandwich and a cup of coffee. Comfort inn should be embarrassed to serve this to their guests.

The breakfast.

Near Toyama station 200 meters , clean, wide room

Breakfast room is small
