- It wasn’t very clean. We received the room and there was still garbage in the bathroom garbage bin from the previous guests. The pillows were uncomfortable and they smelled bad. Room service only works from 6:30pm til 9:00pm.
- The toilet would not flush, the toilet seat was not attached. There was mold all over the ceiling, and the towel racks were covered in rust. I'm sure the towels were cleaned, but their appearance was awful.

Given the lack of turists over week, breakfast was continental. Pollution and noise was high in rooms facing the large street.

Breakfast and location were as expected. Hotel was comfortable. Loud concert next to the hotel ran a little late; however, it was a long holiday weekend. Overall the staff were extremely helpful. Did allow for a late checkout, which was very nice since my flight departed in the late afternoon.
Amenities were not as advertised. While they advertise a hotel-airport shuttle, they said that one was not available on the day of my travel. Hotels management would not assist in paying for travel accommodations when advised that airport shuttle could not be provided.
Really great staff, especially Diego. Super clean, good views. Lots of marble throughout. Close to Grande Plaza/Park and churches. Good breakfast to start off your day.
Satellite TV would be a great bonus. Some traffic noise, but overall, not bad.
