I appreciated how well the heating worked without making noise. The furniture felt sturdy and good quality.

noisy when the room is at ground floor, but mostly they do not accept credit cards that is a major discomfort for customers.it should be clearly mentioned before the booking, not just after: it's not refundable so when you have booked you're bound to accept a very unpleasant condition. if you arrive at night, as we did, there is no board saying that this is a hotel, the gate is closed and you do not understand that you have reachedthe restaurant doesn't' work everyday.

I booked this place last minute and it turned out to be a great choice. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable.

Location, hotel cleanliness, breakfast, staff politeness

We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights. None of the rooms had a good view as advertised (see picture). The assigned rooms were far from each other. The hotel tried to charge us a higher price than booked and accepted only cash. The staff is polite yet inefficient. The hotel should watch the breakfast buffet area carefully due to pigeons approaching the uncovered food.

The hotel is close to city landmarks, we had a great room with a view, staff was very helpful.

I asked for a second pillow, and it arrived in under ten minutes. Efficiency like that makes a big difference.

The shower heated up quickly and stayed consistent. That made a difference during the chilly morning.

I stayed here just for one night, but the staff made it feel like home. The woman at the front desk even remembered my name when I checked out.

Even the hallway was clean and smelled nice. I noticed a staff member quietly polishing a railing during my stay—attention to detail really shows.

The room smelled faintly of lavender when I walked in, which was a nice surprise after a long day of travel. Everything was neat, and the bathroom was spotless.

The bed had a mattress that was firm but not hard—exactly what I needed after a long drive. I slept surprisingly well.

Property in a good location. Bed and bedding is comfortable.

Seemed a little overpriced considering the other accommodation options in the country.

The hospitality was exceptional. Any hiccup was dealt with instantly. Breakfast was superb.

Occasional hot water interruption. Minor issue however.

Our room didn’t get cleaned one day at all and the next day, staff didn’t replace the coffee packets in the room. But overall, the hotel was spotless.

Water in the shower was luke warm at best. We booked an evening meal before arrival, only to be told at check in that they did not serve evening meals. Decor in the room also very dark with a view our of our window of a wall and a ventilation duct.
