The staff was amazing! The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious.

Bed was good and room was clean.

The staff didnt had the eye for detail and spoke almost no English. I was asked to sign 320 lira=11 euro for breakfast while on my reservation breakfast was 4 euro

it wasn’t too crowded,and there was staff always available.

I didn’t like the fact that i had a quote on booking.coma separate quote for calling the hotel directly and got a quote at the hotel over the counter and all prices was different ( quote there in person was cheapest).the rooms weren’t modern as the Hiltons in Europe.

I went to the Hilton Doubletree in Gaziantep shortly after the devasting earthquake that hit the region. I chose it because it was a secure and safe location. Despite the difficulties at the time, the staff we very friendly, always willing to answer questions and quick to supply tea and coffee upon request.

I would be very picky if I put anything here.

Very rude reception staff , they ripped us off , they took more money from us , on booking.com i booked with local currency so the rate & total price for the room was clear, while Check-in they asked for more money, the receptionist told us that on their system the rate is different !!! the guest should pay for the rate they have booked.

1-The room not equipped with personal use kiteven when i request it i wait for more than 2 hours and i didn’t get it 2- baby crib is dangerous not safe for baby to sleep

Great hotel. The staff is very professional. Altun from the reception was very kind and friendly. Everything is clean and tidy. Breakfast is fabulous. I would repeat this hotel again

The room was very clean, bed and all were changed I believe comparing to my last visit in Aug 2021, I was satisfied with my family.The location is very good, and easy to find by yourself, if you drive.

Cleanliness: the room seemed to have not been cleaned before we entered. There was some dust on the tables.

We appreciate the Staff were very helpful. However we had extended a night at this property and we paid T Lire 6163 for the 4 nights inclusive of dinners etc. However we were not given the bill for our Stay which was a bit odd. Since we were rushing out to the Air port we also missed to demand for the receipts or invoice.Kindly follow up and let us have the invoice

The cleanliness on certain days was poor, and one days they had not done the room of my colleague We were in Rooms No 3709 and 3710 on 7th floor.

The room was spacious and nice, I liked the decoration. The breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly, regardless the language barrier. The location of the hotel is strategic. Although I didn't have a chance to use the gym, it looked nice and clean.

The first day I arrived, the room smelled bad. I had to open the windows and the next day it was good. The housekeeping is only upon request, I submitted a request to clean my room on the third day but the housekeeping didn't show up, I asked reception to follow up on this for two days, and finally, after submitting a complaint through booking, housekeeping showed up. The provided sheets by housekeeping had a big stain, I had to submit another complaint to change these sheets. On another topic, it was hard to communicate with reception as most of them speak "little English". The armed chairs in the room were big and nice, but require maintenance as the seating area was very used so when you sit on these chairs, it is hard to straighten your back. The AC is noisy.
