Divan Gaziantep

Good breakfast

Fridge-not working, bathroom was flooded while showering, room reserved for two but individual bathroom amenities were present only for one person, had to ask for amenities and for bathrobes, the pool was filled with men with ‘pestemal’s instead of swimsuits. I have slippers from previous Divan stays at home still being used for years but had to threw away two slippers this time, indication of decreased quality. Outside breakfast area is facing the parking area. No indoor garage available. I prefer Divan brand for business trips but Gaziantep Divan was a disappointment.

workers were rude actly one of the guy’s at the reception was so rude that made my stay so bad. rooms for standard stay I will never recommend very small not clean the tv and some lamps are broken.

comfy, big rooms, clean and really friendly staff. Hotel Manager Muhlum Sen also made us a surprise with some some traditional sweets and traditional pistachio, special thanks for that.

nothing in particular however this Divan is seems a bit old and outdated but not disturbing.

I forget my Mac charger, and when I comeback to ask about it, they told me it's not in the room, although it was, and I am make sure I dont take it to other place.

Comfy beds, effective and noiseless AC. Good breakfast and dinner at the main restaurant. Very good SPA with the excellent steam room.

The staff at Divan Gaziantep went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out. the front desk everyone was friendly and professional.

The hotel is in a central location. Staff are friendly

There is no view in the hotel, the breakfast room also overlooks an ugly view due to repairs and renovations. The area in front of the breakfast room is used as a smoking area by employees and hotel guests. It would be appropriate to provide another area for smokers. Considering this price, I was expecting more local foods for breakfast, such as katmer etc. or natural orange juice. But unfortunately there were products such as standard pastry rolls.

Location is good. I got a free upgrade for the room ?Room was very spacious and clean. Huge bathroom and clean. Breakfast was good. Nice bar in the lobby.

The service from the staff was outstnading at every point. The food was fantastic, and the gym and spa facilities were a great relaxing touch. Really enjoyed the stay here and I would absolutely come back again!

The bed was harder than I am used to - so that was surprising - but I still slept well!

A bit far away from the center of the city, you need a car or a taxi to get to the nicest places in Gaziantep.

Very disappointed in Divan hotel

Worst Divan hotel I stay so far! Unprofessional and uncomfortable, very bad experience!Order double bed, also one more time asked separately bed in recipient at 2am middle night during check in, but the gave room is one single bed, after call recipient to change to separately bed, after nearly 10 minutes later, one old worker bring some blankets and then he tried to separate this single bed into two small single bed by hand in front of us, it is FKing 5 star hotel and we order luxury double beds room advance, after one and twice complaints, they changed us to another double beds room even one second ago they told no any other separate bed room available, very very disappointed time in Divan hotel! Today we travel to Adana and stay in Divan Adana, but here is much much better!

This is the 4th time I stay at Divan and always met the expectations. Clean comfort rooms, helpful staff who always kept the smile, and rich breakfast.

We had booked the meeting room, it was good in general but sometimes the temparture of the room was not stable and sometimes the coffee and tea get cold.
