Very close to the mall and the attractions.

The air conditioner was set to be for heating and you need to open the window incase you want to cool down the room.

When we arrived someone had used the WC although the room had been cleaned

Upon check out, I requested trolley for my bags, after 15 minutes it didnt come, then I sent my son to reception, and he came back with the trolley because there was no staff to handle it.

I had a comfortable stay at Novotel Gaziantep.The hotel’s location is excellent — very close to Forum Gaziantep and also within walking distance to local markets and shopping areas. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was good.The only downside was that the price was a bit high compared to the overall value, especially the breakfast cost, which I found slightly overpriced.Overall, I would recommend this hotel for those looking for comfort and a convenient location.

Good location, good breakfast.

The property was so overheated it made our stay very uncomfortable. When we asked the staff if the heating could be turned down, we were met with apathy. They just shrugged and said no, as it was pre-set. I was unbearable hot and sweaty for 3 days!’

We didn’t have breakfast, 15 Euro per person was not acceptable, we ate very good dinners for less.

Staff were unhelpful and mostly not inclined to try to help. Very little English was spoken in a European chain hotel and no knowledge of using a translation app. Requested towels never arrived. Hotel was unkempt and uninviting, basin leaked all over floor. Requested fix and provided photos to explain, this was never done. Looking under sink (there was no cabinet) the leaking pipe was full of black mould.

I paid twice for my stay , i have asked before one day to change my check-in date. i have called them & and sent them messages on booking.com . They have received my request & ignored it. instead i had to make a new booking & pay again for same date. very small beds as well ! barely two person can sleep on it !

The location was good, between the old town and business centre.The room had everything necessary. The cleaning staff was very friendly.

Rather strange that the foreign language abilities of the staff at an international chain are so poor, though it must be said that this appears to be the norm in Gaziantep. The staff at the restaurant were indifferent and challenged by simple requests. Some tried, some didn’t. Maybe staff could wear a little badge to alert guests to any languages they might speak other than Turkish (not to be Anglocentric), I.e. German, French, Russian.

The fact that i had a reservation number and reception did not use it to register or get the info from it . We had to fill in papers & put passport numbers again..waste of time for all.

Its close to everything, forum next to it. the breakfast was good with varieties

The bedroom's bathroom floor was not clean at all.At arrival, we waited for about 10 minutes for someone to welcome us and check us in.The service at breakfast was not very good.

The staff was not reachable. If you have questions, you might need to search or ask people about it. The hotel is very old, because of this I found the showers unclean.

Everything- excellent Novotel experience as usual! Close to old town and next to mall.

Pillow was a bit big and the bed could have been bigger

The hotel has a good location. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is good. The staff is nice and willing to help.

The staff need better English skills. Only one or two people have a decent level of English, and they can provide an answer. Most staff use Google Translate on their mobile phones to communicate with clients. This hotel has many international clients; the management should put more effort into recruiting and training staff for international standards.

the location of the hotel was great. Staff were very nice and helpful, however, English is big problem in Turkiye, remains a barrier.

The car park was quite small. The elevators are a bit noisy due to its high sounds. The cleaning was very good but not thorough.

the hotel is not new, few facilities require fixing. The swimming pool is very nice. One day I tried the breakfast it was great as well. the staff of the reception are super friendly, but unfortunately they don't speak English, which I find it odd as the hotel is an international chain.

The location is fantastic. It's within walking distance of almost everything, which made exploring the area a breeze. The hotel itself was nice and clean, and the staff was very accommodating.

However, I can't give it a top rating due to a significant issue with the internet connection. It wasn't just the Wi-Fi signal; the actual internet connection was extremely weak. I had trouble even making VoIP calls, and despite bringing this up with the reception, the issue persisted. Even in the lobby, the internet remained frustratingly slow.Considering the high price we paid for our stay, I expected at least a decent internet connection, as I needed to do some work during my stay. Unfortunately, this was a major inconvenience.
