The location and the breakfast.

The first room we were offered smelled like smoke. The second room we were moved to had a leaky shower which flooded the bathroom. There also was noise from the tram from the first floor.

The beds were excellent as was the breakfast. Staff was kind and proactively helpful. Location allowed me to walk to the rental car agency and the Havaş bus to the airport was a two minute walk away.

Bathroom was small. Room furniture took up space without being functional. There were no drawers where there should have been in a desk or what should have been a chest of drawers or a cabinet beside the small in room refrigerator. There was only one easy chair in a double room.

The staff was very helpful and proactive in meeting our needs. Breakfast was very good, better than the same level of hotel in the USA. Since we spoke Turkish I do not know how good the staff's English was.

The bathroom was small. The furniture in the room did not have drawers and just provided surfaces which became full of stuff because there was no drawers. The price was high for the location and level of hotel.

It’s a big hotel like the Best Western not much personality. It’s felt like a hotel we stayed at in 1980’s. The rooms all smell like smoke.

Hotel is amazing in all aspects. Staff very helpful upon check in. Rooms are clean and are presented with all you can need. Breakfast was great and cleanliness was top notch. Valet parking was also a great touch.

Beds, pillows, room, replenishment of coffee, shower, silent, good sleep, location, valet parking.

No English spoken by staff in an international chain. No Netflix.

Great breakfast, friendly staff, location and the gym

There were no non smoker rooms available when we checked in. But the staff offered us a non smoker room a day after and deep cleaning. The ventilation in the bathroom didn’t work.

We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was really good, the rooms are clean, bed is super comfortable and the gym has all the basics for a good workout.When I got sick, and most pharmacy’s are closed on a Sunday, reception assisted me in finding one close-by that is open. Exceptional!

Everything was good.

This is a new, clean hotel, centrally located, with comfortable rooms and bathroom. The breakfast was varied but a bit chaotic and very tight for tables. Also, unfortunately, very few or almost none of the staff speak English (or Spanish, or French), and very few make the effort to even try. Clearly making it frustrating for guests. This is a sad reality for a large, North American company like Hilton. Upon checking in, neither of the two staff workers at the reception desk were able to communicate basic instructions about the reservation or hotel procedures. Very frustrating!

The beds and pillows are exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff is incredibly friendly and always happy to assist, making the experience even more delightful.very good breakfast with variety of things, mixing European and Turkish kitchen.

An excellent location, a few cafes and restaurants, banks, etc. nearby. Excellent service and friendly staff. Comfy bed and good breakfast.

The hotel was conveniently located with easy access to transport.The hotel and rooms were clean and breakfast was great.Also would like to add that the staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Check-in took longer than we anticipated and travelling with elderly parents made this situation a little tense as we needed to freshen up and have some rest after a long journeyThe rooms lacked storage space (places to put your luggage on) shelves and hooks to hang things on.

The service and people

We had to move rooms as they were painting and the rooms were smelling very bad and not able to stay in room.For staying for a week we had to make sure we were packed each day as they told us we would move and didnt. It became difficult for me to keep packing up each day to move with babies.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the room was impeccably clean. The breakfast was good, and the overall atmosphere was wonderful. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Breakfast.

Bed was lumpy and saggy. Fittings are old and broken. Furniture is cheap particle board from earlt eighties and the carpets are the same - needs a serious refurbish. Hidden costs. I wanted laundry done. I asked the cost, but they failed to give an estimate but assured me it was reasonable. They then charged me $150 for a small bag under 2kg. My friend had her laundry done at our previous hotel for $20 two days before. They then insisted it was reasonable. If you stay here, make sure you get pricing on everything up front. They will gouge you!

Such a great experience! Central location, but the room on 7th floor was very quiet. Easy, free parking. I had to checkout at 4 a.m. due to early flight and got a packed breakfast, what a lovely gesture!

Good Location and room size was good and comfortable but air conditioning was not working perfectly

Some staff was very helpful but some were not behaving properly, a bit rude. They were not welcoming new guests.
