Modern and spacious room

Reception staff were not warm or welcoming at all.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The location is wonderful. Respectful staff, if you don’t speak Turkish there a lady Receptionist, her name is Suzan, she speaks English and she is Kind and so helpful to guide you about the area.

The price is high for Gaziantep.

The location is very good, also the staff is very friendly and helpful.

We wanted to use the spa but due to the ramazan month it was closed which i thought didnt make sense

No covers for the bed..Room was very hot but only a small sheet was not so comfortable we discovered during the night. We should have asked the staff. I am sure they would help us

Staff were extremely helpful and saw to our comfort. The breakfast varieties were really fresh and enjoyable. Restaurant staff were really nice.

the advertised activity areas, such as the game room and ping pong facilities, do not exist. These amenities were one of the main reasons I chose to book this hotel, and I find it concerning that the property was advertised inaccurately.

Clean amazing, they upgraded us for free and gave complimentary breakfast. If I visit Gaziantep again, it would be my go to place.

Reception Staff were very good and helpful However the house keeping kept walking into our room at 8:30 in the morning without knocking the door The room was super loud although I was at level six and I can hear everything next door happening

It was so clean, rooms were spaceous, very good breakfast, staff were good, good location.

Wifi was so bad, disconnected many times, and each time needed to log in through passport number and password. It was a bit hot because AC was not working yet, we had to open the windows.

The location was very convenient. The bed was comfortable.

The shower was not working properly and even though I asked on the first day at reception to take a look at this nothing improved. The gym was never open in the morning (I tried to get in at 0800 before the working day started.) I was only able to use the gym once during my stay.

Spacious room

Not much choice but for breakfast for a 5 star hotel also reception staff could not speak or communicate in English.

Clean and quietStaff were very welcoming and helpful, especially Ms. Maryem who took care of all our requests and she was our main contact person since she speaks Arabic.Thanks also for the concierge people who helped us for the luggage and the car parking everyday.

The rooms have central AC and it is working, but it was not very powerful as we expected in this time of the year.

they tried to give us a normal room when we had booked a suite and their room service is horrible. they don’t even want to give water bottles. after asking 2-3 times we get water in the room. normally only 1 bottle is kept in the room.

Excellent location and the hotel facilities

Difficult to communicate with the hotel staff as they don't know any other language rather than Turkish language.Outdoor smoke which can be smelled in the room even when windows are closed. Also the street noises as they are using single glazed glass.

the staff is amazingly friendly and super helpful. the sauna and swimming pools were empty and great. you have the choices between 3 saunas. you can also have massage. the breakfast is a buffet with various delicious food. location is great, only 15m walk to the coppersmith bazar.

we booked 2 suites and the water was running a bit brown. it was fixed very quickly by the service team. it is not a problem but it could have been prevented with more care - especially for the suites… generally ok hotel but if you want full modern and top notched quality, it might not be what you expect.

Breakfast was good, taxi service outside the hotel was good. Location was average, a bit of a walk to the main square.

Rooms were very small, we has to ask to move but they gave us same size room but with an extra living space which wasn't too bad. Tvs were old and didn't work properly. Very small bathroom, was tight squeeze. Swimming pool was very cold, the sauna wasn't working. Only a man to give the massage service.
