Java Hotel Tamatave

I don't think you could get a better location, close to the sea, close to the bars and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful.The internet worked well.

We didn't try the restaurant as it was regularly closed,not sure why but it didn't matter as there are plenty nearby.

Cleanness, comfortable rooms, friendly staff

No breakfast on Thursdays, because of staff holiday, this is very strange and it never happen across the world

Bit old fashioned but clean hotel in the center of the city. It is close to the beach and you touristic attractions and also the bus station and the airport are easy to reach. Staff is friendly

Could not recommend it more. The location is great, the rooms are super comfortable, with AC, a fridge and a huge bathroom. The staff is AMAZING... they went out of their way to make sure i had everything I needed and made me decide to go back another night during my stay in Madagascar. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I have stayed in this hotel on two separate occasions. I have really enjoyed both of my visits. Good location, clean and modern rooms, good facilities, fantastic showers, fridges and TVs in each room

The prices are ridiculously low. However, what got me quite angry was the greedy attitude of the management. During the second of my stays, I asked for a late check out. I was charged for the whole day just for a few hours extra. There was no need to be greedy. And unprofessional. .

It was clean, staff were good. Location was close to ATMs and other restaurants.

The shower head was rubbish. It needs to be replaced with a new one and one that fits on the holder properly.

Central location but close and to the beach. Room cleaning and linen change was daily. The room was really comfortable. Excellent value for money.

It doesn't have a swimming pool. But it cannot be created in the middle of the road.

Most of the staff were very friendly. Cleaning staff very good and friendly. Excellent safe and secure parking. For me very good location. Manageress Karen very helpful and friendly and spoke excellent English. Nice quiet reception area to sit and browse the internet. I found the connection better here than in my room, NOT a complainant.

NOT a complaint but i used to enjoy the restaurant when the front was open and you could people watch. Of course this is MY opinion
