Spacious room.Comfortable bed and good shower.Helpful staff - one booked our next hotel as we weren't able to do it online.Close to centre with good restaurants.Clean.Quiet.Tasty breakfast.

Could smell tobacco in the bathroom. Thought it might be coming from the air duct.Pity there was nothing in the kitchen cupboards to prepare food.

Cleanliness was exceptional, the location is in a peaceful neighborhood, 4 min to the closest city bus stop.

There are some loose AC wall plugs and loose shower room doors. Both issues could be easily fixed for 3 minutes. But, neither of those have impacted our quality of stay.

The staff here was very pleasant and especially the guy at the reception desk and one of the cooks. They made me feel very much at home.

The room I had was a little hot. It was a wet tracing room, and I also think it had a water heater, which was gas fired that created some heat in the room, but other than , the room was really nice.

Awesome location. 5 min walk to the bus station and there is multiple lines that by that station. The staff is very frienldy and helpfull

I booked and payed a family suite with nice photos. The first night the receptionist said there were no more suites left and made me stay in the economic room in basement next to the kitchen promising to move me the next day. The next day the other receptionist claimed I booked an economic room and that they were still being fully booked. When I showed him my reservation, the vacant family suite was immediately found, but he placed me to the smoking one though while booking this hotel I had got an answer from them that they had a non smoking room for me. It was difficult to sleep the second night because of the strong tabaco smell. The third night I asked to give me a non smoking suite and was moved to the suite where the bedroom window faced the noisy reception with 24 hours lights on. So once again I couldn't get enough sleep. The overall stay was disappointing. I was really tired and annoyed by packing and unpacking every day. I couldn't get a rest and do my things.

We had a pretty good stay. The room was clean. There was no AC, but the temperature was generally okay. We were a family of four with two kids (6 and 8 years old). The sofa wasn't set up for sleeping, there was a missing pillow, but overall the conditions were very good.The bathroom and shower were clean and functional.The staff were very friendly, from the front desk to the people serving breakfast and cleaning staff.

The breakfast could definitely use some improvement. It was pretty basic—just boiled eggs, a few types of cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, honey, butter, several kind of jelly and some cakes. There was no meat, and the bread wasn't replenished. Also, only instant coffee was available.

The breakfast was fair; the ladies of the staff were very kind. Having no Turkish coffee in the morning was strange.

The receptionist is a very nice person but he needs to take showers more often. His body odor was overwhelming.

Cleanness, friendly staff, comfortable bed, big and clean bathroom. In addition to the bedroom, the place had a living room. It was also very quiet.

Staff in reception can't speak English, hard to communicate even with google translate.Not accomodating for late check-out caused by a problem with the door of the room that held us from taking our luggage even though we insisted on staff to call us once the problem gets resolved.No elevator.

The kitchen staff were very helpful -in particular Ru Veyda. She really tried to help and was so kind and positive.

This is just an average hotel. The ratings are not accurate and do not reflect the reality. It was not very clean (the stairs were very dirty in the evening and again in the morning), the rooms were very basic, breakfast was not included in the price, there is no air conditioning in the rooms. The family room just has one bed and then a foldout sofa. When we asked about lavender fields which are the main attraction for Isparta, reception didn’t really know where to go or what to do. Ironically, the hotel advertises itself as a rose therapy hotel with a garden. Even though it was rose and lavender season, there were no roses or lavender anywhere to be seen in the hotel…

The room had its own saloon and it was as good as an apartment.The staff was great
