- The staff was awful. Not helpful at all aside from one person from the reception. I don’t know his name but he should get a raise. The rest of them made me don’t want to come back ever again. Quality of the food is terrible.

very good location, close to shopping
very old shower and sink facilities
the room was nice
elevator didn’t work for hours and I had to go down the stairs with all my luggage
Spacious room
Slow checkin and check out;Coffee and tea machines at the room were dirty, disgusting;Bath tube was dirty;Toiletries were not enough for the room occupancy;Poor breakfast with watery coffee;Staff was not proactive, nor gentle.
Being able to leave was great.
Check-in took more that 10 minutes (we have driven more than 10 hours). When I called the front desk reporting the room service number was not answering, the employee shout at me that was and outsourced service and he couldn’t help me not even providing beverages.
