Right on the beach, nice pool, room was nice

The staff was very unpleasant and was unwilling to help, it feels like they care more about the day visitors than the hotel guests. Most of the time there were no clean towels in the pool. We were also missing towels in the bedroom. Broken toilet which we complained about. And very unpleasant waiters during breakfast

Nice sea view. Moon light and sunrise early morning. Good protection against mosquitoes.

Unprofessional Staff, not clean at all. Rude reception and our flight got delayed because of political local issues and they sold our room to someone else and they lied about the manager not being in the property to help. We had the worst customer service experience. They have bodyguards and weird dodgy environment

There are a lot of aunts in the room and we see lezars outside the room. We were scared

Great location, right in front of the beach. The restaurant and food at the hotel was good and there are also many other options nearby. The staff was super friendly. The amenities in the room add a nice touch.

I would avoid drinks with ice, even if said it is made with filtered water

- The staff at the restaurant were super friendly and welcoming- The location and set up is perfect! With the pool, bar and restaurant just in front of the beach makes this place so relaxing- breakfast was brilliant- Room was great in general and I really appreciate that they respected that I gave a broken leg and saved me a room close to the facilities- Good value

-There was a gap under the main door and sand, leaves and occasionally bags got through the door when it was windy. Easy to fix though with some sealing.-Dinner could be a bit better.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful pool in front of the ocean, tasty food and drinks, and a good atmosphere.

There was a dj near my room and the music was too loud I couldn’t sleep! This is a small hotel and I would expect to be able to sleep anytime I want to! This was not acceptable at all and I was very disappointed. When I told the hotel my concern they did not care.

Everything. This is our third time at NDAME Paje since August 2024. We initially wanted to try a different hotel/resort but after one night’s stay we were deeply disappointed and ended up taking a taxi to NDAME. My husband and I would probably never book anywhere else in Paje again. We absolutely love this place, even in the rainy season! Beachfront is what we really liked, the view and the best fish they are serving in the restaurant.

I dont know if the staff didn't have the authority or just didn't want, but small simple stuff we asked we didn't get, like some extra water for the room because 1l for 2 people per day is just not enough. We went back and forth and said to room service we will pay for extra water but at the end we were told we have to go to the bar and get some for ourselves.

Nice breakfast with beautiful ocean view also good rooms .

Receptionist was a double standard to local tourist .

The hotel was beautiful, with a nice swimming pool and nice rooms and bathrooms.

The people who was working at Ndame was a bit slow working, and we also heard them yelling at each other at different times, which was not so nice for the costumers. Some of the people working there were really kind!

Great place and lovely pool. Shame they tried to make me wait when I was checking out to check the room. Made it feel a bit low class. Also, they have an online checkin system that I used, but they still then ask you to fill out the same details when you arrive which was a bit pointless. Staff were nice though and I’d stay again.

Really rude. I was fasting in Ramadan and the management refused to exchange breakfast for dinner.The staff took my money and didn't get my remaining money back.The facilities is full of mosquitoes

Delay in check in processThe rooms are appalling - Please take a look at the photos of your room in my photosNo refund though I was downgraded to a smaller room in another location as my triple room, front porch was taken over by cats that meowed through the night and disturbed my sleep The manager is rigid and more interested in justifying his/her positions rather than customer satisfaction - the staff are much more customer savvyStray cats on the premises that sit on the porch chairs in front of your room and meow continuously during the night so if you have a cat allergy or would like an invasion free environment, this is NOT the place for you especially as the manager says this is absolutely normal at his beach resort and the resort guests feed the cats

Clean beautiful serene place. We had the sea view room and you can see the ocean from our front porch. Spacious and clean compound with an amazing pool. By far better than most places near by. Had most of the food from their menu and everything was delicious. It was my birthday and my wife surprised me with a happy singing party from the staff. They made my day! So humble and smiling always.

Honestly Nothing

Beach front location with great facilities and security. Great swimming pool overlooking the sea. Breakfast overlooking the sea.

The location is great. Big and clean swimming pool. The food in the restaurant is very good with one of the best included breakfast that we had so far. Rooms are ok, with every day cleaning. The location is safe. We had a wonderful time here.

The were a few energy blackouts during our stay, but only lasted a few seconds, nothing very annoying. Aldo the air conditioner in the room did his job, i think that a service and a cleaning of the equipment is necessarily due to water that is coming in the room from the indoor unit.

The view

Service. The hotel made us pay (5 people) for the car 55 dollars each for one car one way, while it is clearly indicated in the booklet at the reception that a price for one car one way (from ferry to hotel) is 60 dollars. We have understood latter from driving with private drivers we were basically robbed by the hotel.
