- - you have, at least in some rooms, absolutely no view from the window should you value that.- bright green LED on an application on the ceiling and a moderately loud humming sound with unknown location might impact your sleep.Keep in mind, that this is a guest house and not a hotel. Because of that it might lack accommodations you expect from a hotel. See it as a place to spend the nights and prepare for your daily sightseeing trips and that's it.
- We couldn't use the common space downstairs during business hours of the cafe. the pictures on booking were a little misleading showing the common space but then only allowing us to stay after 8pm.

- Very central. Right next to the hondori and close to the station.- 24h accessible by just entering and leaving through a secured door. Gives you freedom to stay out until any time.- some amenities are provided like toothbrush and towel- the kitchen has everything you need- it's clean- WiFi works without issues

1) Good location. Close to Tenri station. Easy to get anywhere. 2) The staff were very kind and friendly. Quick responses, quick and nice solutions.
