Thermal springs were lovely.Especially top floor outdoors!We had a “spacious” corner room. Great location. Quiet area, yet everything we wanted was within easy walking distance.Gracious staff & very accommodating. Relaxed vibe.

Nothing not to like.

Rooms are comfortable though slightly small, as typical in Japan. The natural hot spring bath is a great bonus for relaxing, even it it's not very large. Staff are friendly and the location is very convenient.

Toilets austere

Big, a bit industrial building close to the station. Nothing special, but ok for a night. Clean and quiet.

The location was close to the train station. I loved the Onsen, although the lighting could have been slightly darker.

I would have preferred dimmer lighting in the onsen.

Pretty good location right next to the train station and not far from downtown. Overall pretty good stay.

The location was excellent. It was close to the train and the bus, which made it easy to get around Nara.

Very close to the JR station and buses to all the major sites. Also walkable to Todai-ji etc. Baths were pleasant, although shower noise spoils the quiet. Nice to have an ice cream treat outside the bath.

I would prefer a robe to the pajama set

I really enjoyed my stay. I had everything I could need. The bed was comfy & there was even a market literally next to Hotel & a 7-11 just 1 block away across the street. I also like that there is an onsen, coin-op laundry facilities & that I could cast my phone to the TV. Highly recommend

The rooms were spacious enough and comfortable. Fabulous Onsen and really friendly staff. Would definitely stay again as location was super too.

The nature spring is quite good. They even provides free icecreams. Breakfast is good.

We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children. The room we got was too small, one of us had to sleep on the floor so we can fit

My favorite hotel in Japan! The rooms are amazing, compact but felt quite spacious. Has everything a person could need with extra amenities such as skincare, toothbrushes and coffee packs on the reception floor. The hot baths are a must visit! Highly recommend, as well as the resting area on fort of the bath entries - grab a frozen snack and enjoy peace alone or with a friend. The washing machines cost 500 yen to use, can be monitored from the room TV and my clothes were left completely dry, fresh and spotless. Staff were friendly. The location is perfect, 3 minutes away from the train station, enough stores nearby in a 5 minute radius.If I ever visit Nara again, this is my definite choice!
