Close to JR Nara Station.

Almost too far to walk to the Nara Deer Park and Todaiji.

Everything.. loved we could pick our own pillows, and the generous happy hour, we were able to mix our own drinks.. the staff couldn't do enough to help. The breakfast is yummy, not typically what we're used to, but going with the flow, really enjoyed it. The location is very convenient to the station.

Just be aware there is a Super hotel across the road nearer the station. A little confusing. The bathroom is on the small size.

We enjoyed the welcome drinks and breakfast. The staff were very nice and the hotel was in a good location.

-Options of tea limited.-Coin laundry not clean.(many hotels don't clean the washing machines and dryer)

The location is excellent, just opposite the Nara station. Besides buffet breakfast, the hotel offers free drinks at night. Staff members were very friendly.

The staff initially put me in an unsuitable room but readily apologised and found me another room. Pillow choice was great. Everything worked well. Staff very very efficient and friendly.

There are two super hotels in promximity and it’s very confusing. The management should consider changing the name or naming the hotels in numbers

The location is perfect. It was very easy to access both train stations and the park.

I would have liked to have been able to check in a few hours earlier. However, I was able to leave my luggage at the reception.

The hotel is located right opposite the JR train station, and about a 15 minute walk from the Kintetsu station. It is super easy to walk to the Nara Park along the city’s main pedestrian drag, or catch a bus to other attractions. The room was big for the Japanese standards, had a tv, a fridge and an electric kettle. The staff was super friendly (few spoke English). At the reception you could pick additional pillows, PJs, shampoo, drinks, you name it. Breakfast was big and varied.

I was slightly anxious about safety as the reception was on the 2nd floor and everybody could just walk in to the elevator and go up to any of the floors. But this being Japan, nothing like that ever happened.?

Stuff is super friendly and helpfull. Brekfast is served in the morning and has a choice between japanese and western food. Hotel is located near to JR Nara station, all restaurants and convinience stores. 10 min walk to Nara park through main street. Easy acess at night with your own entrance code.

there is nothing I didn't like. wifi was a little bit annoying and I couldnt make a call but I always stay here and it was the first time that I had that problem. So maybe just bad day:)

A perfect location in the center of nara. It is everything you need but not much more. Was the perfect intermediate step on my trip. Very nice staff which gave me an umbrella to use and nice view from my room over the shopping street.

The breakfest was not the best i have had but if was sufficient and some of the dishes were very nice.

Location, location, location. Directly across from the JR Station, and all the buses and taxis, you couldn’t ask for a better hub.

The rooms are small, the pillows odd, many choices but different then I’m used to. Since the room is so small the desk is too narrow and the bed has no going way to prop yourself up.

I'm reviewing this place long time after my stay so I don't remember all the details. I enjoyed the location near the train station, it requires a bit of a walk towards the famous temple in Nara but it's practical when travelling by train. The hotel is a standard Super Ueno so there is no surprise in what is offered if you already travelled in Super Ueno places. I enjoyed the view from my room.

I don't remember anything wrong with the place.

Staff, location, cleanness

(It would be great if they could do the check in a bit earlier and check out a bit later at least 11 .. I will be great if they could put more towel as I have a big heat one towel is not enough. They put only 2 towel one for hand/ face and one for bath :(

Right in front of the train station. The sliding compartments under the bed, make the room bigger than the usual japanese style ones. Pillow menu at the entrance! ?

Bed are are a bit hard to sit on, but once you are laid, it s ok. Decent breakfast but no real coffee during the week!?? Only on Sunday?

Amazing friendly staff. Have me a room on the top floor with a nice view. Couldn’t be nearer to JR Nara. Literally across the road in the direction of Nara park.Free soft drinks and ice in the lobby, as well as a selection of amenities.Delicious free breakfast with great varietyWill definitely stay again!

Location is great, nice to have coffee and juices available during the day.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. First time in my life that I lied in bed and in 20 seconds my hip started hurting because how hard the mattress is. Provided pillow is like a bizzare cotton bag filled with small elastic balls - reminds me of bag of corn. I had to go to reception to ask for another pillow and they had 2 separate shelves of pillows, one for cheaper room and one for more expensive. I was in a cheaper category so the good pillows weren't for me. I know beds in Japan are on the firm side but this is just laughable.

It was super close to the station! Also the view, was nice! They also have welcome drinks, and it was from a drink bar. Also the amenities like for hygiene, even for skin care and pampering yourself. And the extra pillow thing, where you can choose the type of pillow you prefer to use.

The bed was a bit hard, but I guess typical Japanese hotel bed.
