Small space; bathroom a bit difficult to navigate, no view, crowded. needs a bit of an interior design review to make it more streamlined and useful space

Great location. Three minute walk from train station. Close to park. Restaurants, grocery stores, and shops right outside the entrance. We were able to leave our luggage at the front desk before checking in. When we returned they had placed our luggage in our room. Lovely friendly staff.

You could hear a bit of noise from the halls but that only happened once when people were having problems with their door.

The hotel was centrally located close to the Kintetsu Line. The bed was very comfortable and the duvet was wonderful. I loved the kimono/bath robe that was in the room. I arrived early but check in starts at 1530. So I left my bag so I could go sightsee. When I returned to collect the key, I was informed my bag had been delivered to my room already. Never seen that before. Highly recommend.

Bad smell. Beds are very old and bad shape, very noisy during the night from 10pm to 3am. I message the hotel whit no answer at all twice.

Very nice staff. Great location close to the park and in a lively area of the town. Comfortable, more European style than Japanese.

Location is just a few minutes by walk to Kintetsu Nara station. Supermarket is just opposite to the hotel.Near to the tourist spots

Very nice location, just in the middle of the shopping street. Japanese style. Room for 3 people was very well equipped and quite spacious with big bath.There’s a restaurant downstairs where you can have breakfast or dinner.

No coffee for breakfast :(There’s a welcome coffee but it’s not accessible in late hours or in the morning when the most needed.

Very helpful service. Helped find the store I needed. Afternoon coffee is great. Good location to reach parks and museums. Also close to the station.

Just a min walk from the station. Great place and wonderful Japanese look a like room. Even the night kimono was clean soft and good looking. We enjoyed the 1 night stay!

Close the train station and the main shopping streets. The staff was very helpful. There is free coffee in the sitting area.

There is a restaurant located in the same building, but it’s not included.

Great breakfast, convenient location, excellent customer service!!! The front desk helped me call the other hotel in Osaka to retrieve things I lost over there. And really appreciate the very nice souvenir gifts.

The bed mattress is a little bit soft.

I like the location of the hotel is extremely strategic because it is very close to the train station. Then, the staff are very friendly and give me some gift before leaving

Nothing bad

A few steps away from Kintetsu Nara station, right on market/stores street. Walkable to Nara deer park and temples but the bus station and metro are also a few steps awat, making this very accessible.

A bit more western style, which is not a negative for american travelers.

The location is excellent. Shopping and dining facilities are abundant within walking distance. Train and bus stations are around the corner.

Parking is far away from hotel and difficult to access though it charge at more than reasonable price at 500 yen per night. Front desk service for only a few hours. Breakfast service is not available.
