The front staff were terrific! Very nice and helpful

AC in room could use an English translation form. No usb to charge phone.

Staff was so friendly and accommodating, giving us extra pillows immediately when we asked. The rooms were quite spacious and beds were comfortable. Location was central and an easy walk to the train. We didn’t end up using it, but we were offered a free pass to a nearby sento which was a sweet addition.

I wish there had been options for non-twin beds at the same price point since I was staying with my partner.

Beds were too small and the bathroom was too tiny

The staff were incredible! So gracious and helpful, they really made our stay special and memorable. The location was quiet yet close to a lot of attractions. Liked the lobby with it’s library of books, places to sit and relax, and the guest umbrellas came in handy.

A self-contained room with all the amenities located in a quiet street with a short pleasant walk to Nara Station and all the monuments. It was a great base for day tripping and sightseeing. I liked that you could leave the key at the reception during the day so it wouldn't be lost. The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel also has a sweet souvenir shop in the lobby where you can buy locally made gifts, which was nice.

Location is great & v convenient, public car park just next to the hotel if the hotel one is full.

About 10-15 minutes walking to Nara dear park. Free coffee machine and ice available.

No drinking water in the room, we had to go down to the lobby and take the water there.

The room was very comfortable, if a little on the small size. The WiFi was very good. The location was perfect

The toilet paper was extremely thin, as it seems to be in a lot of places. Your towels and nightshirt were changed every day, which seems a little unnecessary given that the rooms are only cleaned every three days.

First off every single person working here is extremely polite and really makes you feel welcome. The Hotel is in a great location ~15 mins walk from Nara Station and slightly closer to Kintetsu-Nara station, very close to Nara Park and many other extremely beautiful spots. There are a lot of Cafés and Restaurants around. The room has a decent size, you get a Guide Book for Nara and some special green tea.

My only complaint would be the amount of noise you can hear inside the room. There is a lot to be heard from other guests (talking, water usage etc.) and the ventilation in the bath ran all night, with no obvious way to shut it off. It's not terrible, but definitely noticeable. These points made falling asleep for me a bit difficult.

The hotel is well located which is close to a local shopping street with various restaurants. The walking time between the hotel and the Kintetsu Nara station is about 10 minutes. The The staff is very friendly to introduce the hotel facilities and keeps very good smile. The coffee corner is perfect and you can have a drink to get some relax after coming back to the hotel. The room facilities are fine and meets my need. The bed and pillow are very comfortable.The hotel can provide free access to 2 nearby public bathhouses (Sento), but I can't visit them as I came back late after sightseeing elsewhere. Hope have chance to visit them next time.

It waits for a quite long time to get the warm water from the tap in the bathroom. Not so pleasant in such winter season.
