Amazing value for money as everything feels new and classy. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming.The room was comfortable, quiet, dark in the morning, and had great pillows and mattresses. I loved the bathtub and all the thoughtful amenities like face masks and tea.They allow luggage storage before check in and after checkout which was very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay.

The room was just a bit too tight for opening our suitcases and the breakfast buffet was quite crowded, especially the coffee stand.

Location was great, premises beautiful.

Bed was pretty firm which wasn’t as comfortable for us.

The location is helpful to explore NARA and leave for Osaka from kintetsu station .

The hotel left is alone with the room cleaning for three days - with the excuse that this is more ecological. I think it is weird. Especially when one knows that there is no garbage bin nowhere in Japan .

This was a very practical hotel to visit Nara, close to the Park and Temples, but in the shopping district with many restaurants nearby. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and new and well-designed. We had no view, but did not miss it, and the sound isolation was very effective.

Amazing location right in the center of a great little shopping district area, maybe a 5min walk to nara park, heaps of nature to explore on your doorstep!We got the universal room for my partner in a wheelchair, which was huge and very accessable for Japan!

Nothing loved our stay here would stay longer in Nara next time!

Only thing I didn't like is the window face the next building... So just a wall outside but it doesn't really bother me since I just need the room for sleeping.

Very clean and decently sized rooms. Big comfortable bed. The location is also great, being very close to Kintensu Nara Station, so it's easy to travel to Kyoto and/or Osaka. Coin laundry in the hotel was a huge bonus.

The view from our window was the wall of the building next doors, but at least the window could be opened. The coffee in the rooms wasn't great. Was a bit surprised the employees couldn't give a proper answer to where we could buy the "Shika Senbei" (rice crackers for the deer). Only got a "maybe in the area near the deer".

We had a room with twin beds which was larger than usual hotel rooms we stayed in Japan, very comfortable with a choice of pillows. The location was great - near the train station, restaurants, shops, and walking distance to the park. There's a restaurant on the ground floor with a Japanese and Western style buffet breakfast.

Super convenient location with lots of shops nearby and good eats. Staff were nice and accommodating and explained our stay well. The variety of amenities was a bonus. Only about 20 minute walk from Deer park and other sights.

The hotel is located about a few minutes' walk from the station, in a very busy street with lots of shops and restaurants but the room was quiet and comfortable. The hotel is environmentally friendly, so you have to take what amenities you need from the lobby, but it has everything, and you are free to take whatever is needed.The stuff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is mainly Japanese, but we managed to have a good and tasty meal though we don't eat meat and some of their dishes.

Just a short walk from Nara JR Station and easy walking distance to Kofukuji Temple and Nara Park. Very good breakfast, helpful staff.

Room is not very big, so just need to be tidy!

We loved the extra touches - 2 days of towels, extra pillows, wonderful tea packets, a towel laundry basket and the buffet breakfast. Good location for shopping, dining and train access. Reception staff were lovely. I would definitely book again!
