- The staff were extremely courteous and the location was very nice.
- Location to the Hiroshima train station, shopping areas, food, coin laundry, parks, museums, etc. it was great. Things were pretty new as well and although the lounge was small, it was ok for getting some work done until a large loud crowd showed up.
Cons -
- The room was super small and the elevator was super slow. Also not a fan of the elevator opening up to an unmanned area on the first floor. Kinda weird, I'd prefer it to be in a zone with hotel staff to greet and monitor who comes and goes.

Location to the Hiroshima train station, shopping areas, food, coin laundry, parks, museums, etc. it was great. Things were pretty new as well and although the lounge was small, it was ok for getting some work done until a large loud crowd showed up.
