The room was large and comfy and the housekeeper was super sweet and did a great job every day. The restaurant for dinner was not great, and the coffee in the morning breakfast was terrible. Biggest issue was the elevators. Very slow.
Very comfortable, amazing breakfast, staff nice and helpful.
A little noisy outside, swimming pool a bit dirty

the bathroom is too small
O quarto.
De erro no check-in e no check-out.
very clean. water from the shower was amazing.
the next bedroom was too noisy. accoustic isolation not good.
Location
Dirty, not well maintained (the access point was hanging from the ceiling and stay there for the whole week), some days they take to much time to deliver your car
Location is good, price is fair for the service provided.
Room had dirt under the bed and in other parts. Bathroom is very small.
The breakfast
It wasn't clean... The room and the hall.Very noisy.
The stuff extremely polite and honest. One day, a expensive product that I brought as a gift for a relative, fell from a sack with other gifts. I not even noticed it, next day, a worker came to informing me, that it felt from the bag I was carrying.
Everything great, but, customer must be informed about some changes. They use to close all bathroom drains. 60 yrs old customers that wear glasses don't have a great view of everything. I though that water was leaving slowly but after shower I notice that all "room" was full of water. Also AC if you sleep with on, start liking drops of water inside the room. Also! Inform future customers that they will have to pay if using parking for the car.
It was a good surprise since it was our first time in the Hotel.
The location
Noise isolation should be better.
