I had a unpleasant situation with the guy who park the car! During night, tiree, I did not see the driver/spot.. I parked the car normally the the guy was totally arrogant with me...
New hotel, great location, several options to eat in walking distance, excellent breakfast
Parking should be included. Not nice to pay on top of the hotel stay.
A hotel out of the centre of town and close to highways. Chosen location because we needed to transport ourselves from Bauru and Agudos and viceversa which we did quite few times and this was very convenient.Staff was kind and efficient and there was a very good breakfast.
We were happy with the value for money and have no complaints bar the renovations going on in our floor while we were there. Couldn't they close a floor for renovations instead?

In the reception, the staff keep looking to your password when you are typing. Also the bill was duplicate in my creditcard, when I complaint to Arthur, he got mad at me and call me Otario. Never see such bad attitude.
