One of the top hotels in the city, but lack a lot of details such as furniture maintenance, safe not working , the crew is always in a rush to chek you in; and forget about the room service

The room its ok for a hotel

Need to be taken care of. One of the most expensive hotels in town, has doors broken, couldnt reach the front desk when needed, the gym needs more attention.

The location was good. And breakfast was really good and well presented. Staff for the Breakfast area was really nice beyond polite.

Where to Begin? What to say when you drive for over 4,5 hours to arrive late at night, having paid for one of the most expensive hotels in all of Ribeirão Preto, where a reservation via Booking was made for a couple and a child and a child can stay for "free" but when you get there you are informed that not? At the website they do say that a cot or an extra bed can be offered IF available, but nothing about extra costs. Is that a Booking error or a Wyndham error? Well, then, when you are tired and just want to sleep you are given a room that is ALREADY occupied (as shown in the pictures?). Luckily the couple that were the residents were not there at the moment and we shut the door immediately, totally astonished for the lack of respect to both our family and the other guests!!! Back to reception, the receptionist is asked to call the Manager of the shift - who, at 21:30pm is not at the hotel - and says he will be promptly there in 10 minutes to talk to us - meanwhile she tries to offer us a cheaper room, and a "free of charge "extra bed". This was not accepted at all. Of course the Friday Night Manager NEVER showed up and miraculously, 45 minutes later another "empty" room (as our room in the Reservation) finally showed up in the system. As a "courtesy" they would put an extra bed for our toddler and the "quality manager" would call us first thing next morning. Of course, I am expecting a Call since last Saturday. A partial a refund, an offer of 2 nights somewhere or even a courtesy dinner. Anything this basic a "Quality Manager" would do. But what to expect when not even a Call, an E-mail nor a WhatsAPP message was even sent?????Certainly SUPER overpriced for what they offer and the customer service. Horrible experience.

Location is unbeatable! Close to a lot of restaurants, bakeries and nightlife. Breakfast was really good and even at the highest occupancy rate, it was quiet and easy to move about. Bathroom was a good size, with a wonderful shower.

The bed was a disappointment... hard mattress and uncomfortable pillows. Housekeeping was very wasteful, throwing away recently opened toiletries and even discarding our purchased water. They also forgot to tidy up our room on one occasion.

Amazing location, great rooms, everything comfy, great sheets and pillows, reasonable price, nice breakfast - lots of options.

There was a bath tube and no bath gel.The pool is at the bar, which is open to outsiders so you can be swimming and having people eating sushi right next to the pool. Feels a little weird. It’s a small space to share a restaurant and a guest pool.

Room 2011 did not have a duvet or bath and face towels. The floor towel was torn and old. Cable internet didn't work. The air conditioning in the room also did not work properly. Cable TV froze the image. I asked the hotel to check but they didn't do it.When changing rooms to 2001 I found a cockroach in the bathroom. The problem with the cable internet continued to not work, as did the TV image, which sometimes froze.

The location was very good. Close to the city park, also easy to get to the biggest shopping in Ribeirao. The room was fair, the looks for the hotel are good.

The swimming pool was not clean and the water not heated, for an hotel like this they could have arranged a heated pool already. The bed size could be king as well. Also, the breakfast, could have more options, including some on request.

Swimming pool was closed. Bar only opens at night. We were travelling in a group and we were planning to relax at the swimming pool/bar area during the afternoon. We unfortunately had to change plans.

Breakfast, bedroom and gym equipments were great

Safety of the garage was bad. Anyone could get in and the key to my car was on top of it.The water fountain is not working in the gym. Hotel hallways were really hot.Mattress were too bouncy.

services have been limited. room service not available, no place to take a coffee or a drink till 5pm.

There werent towels in the bathroom. I woke up late and had to jump the bath because of that.

shower was filthy with hair covering the walls of the shower. bath towel had holes and was very old and air conditioner very weak. no room service and no one to help to take suitcases to room or for checkout. hotel understaffed and not full service. breakfast ok.

Well-located, modern architecture and spacious rooms. Everything is brand new and smells amazing. Breakfast is okay, and the 11th bar has a beautiful view of the city.

The air conditioning didn’t adjust to the temperature we wanted (it was too cold) and we had to exchange rooms. Waited too long to check out because there was just one person at the reception.

Good and quiet location, amazing and stylish rooms with good space. We quite enjoyed the bath tube as well.

Breakfast was a big disappointment for the level and style of the hotel. I'd expect this level of breakfast at Ibis not here.
