Ibis Ribeirao Preto Shopping

The location is excellent. Close to the shopping center.

The conditions of the apartment are not very good. It is old and needs a renovation.

Very good localization. The room was very clean . The breakfast was great. Good value for money

The room is a bit small but to spend the night only is great.

Location

Staff was unkind, propriety is very old and under renewing - air conditioning not working, shower with few waterz

Close to the mall.

Hidden taxes, No breakfast included, no free parking lot.

Location

Bed was uncomfortable Furniture cheapNot enough towels Not enough pillows

Great location, easy check-in and check-out

The front desk is 24 hours, but they never answer the phone when you call. Careful with the valet service, I was charged twice for parking (I paid by card to the valet plus the car park electronic payment that the valet service didn't waive).

Pleasant

Elevadores pequenos Café deveria sem incluso Estacionamento caro

Just the location.

My towels were holed, torn. Breakfast had few options. The price is high and the services are of low quality in general.

Location

The only premise requested, would be to place the 2 rooms next to each other or at least in front of the other, it cannot even be attended to and after complaining at the reception, they proposed to change the room to another floor! there could be at least water in the minibar, since customers will pay for consumption, lack of a kitchen to prepare quick snacks, the recommendation of the receptionist: walk around the shopping mall or order delivery outside.

breakfast

poor structure, poor conservation, poor decoration.

Comfort bed and pillows, good shower and ar conditioner.

modern up to IBIS standard , simple rooms … you get what you expect and nothing more, nice breakfast

can’t think of anything
