- Room was too close to the reception so it was noisy, specially at night time and being with kids it was a problem to make them sleep with so much noise. The hotel was not full - it was a week day stay.I asked for 2 towels (we were 4 people and the room had only 2 towels); staff said they would bring and they did not. I had to go to the reception to ask for it again and grab it.The bathroom is really small, really tight for showering.

bedroom 211 : One bed needs the mattress to be changed! I hated the room has another door for the other bedroom so we woke up 2 nights in the middle of the night with a noise couple next door! we slept well the last night that luckily they were not there! my baby daughter luckily didn’t wake up! otherwise how could I explain that noise hahaha
