Very friendly fast check-in/check out. Location is very good, was able to walk to the mall 10min or to local laundry and lunch spots. Safe environment. Rooms clean. Friendly staff.

The food at the lobby restaurant took very long to come and was not always warm. Staff was friendly though.Waited almost one hour for some fish with rice. The quality of the food was good, but they really need to improve the kitchen flow.

Price. They don't even give you welcome water for the price they charge.I booked a king room and received a twin roomPoor quality of pillows. I didn't sleep well because they are very uncomfortable.

Looks very new, excellent breakfast and close to where I needed to be. Very friendly staff.

It looked like I had a water tank too close and I could hear a little noise all night long (I was on the last-top floor, so, under the pool ?!). Our soap dispenser was broken and you find it out in middle of the shower. Even with this small issues, we would still stay there again. It’s a good place.

Great value for money, comfortable room, pleasant lobby, good breakfast included, friendly staff and nice location near the municipal market, a brewhouse and the Ribeirão mall.

The rooms are great, large and comfortable, breakfast is nice, location is convenient located in a nice area.

The wifi did not work most the time at our rooms so we need to come to the lobby. Maybe it was bad luck but this was very inconvenient. Also the AC in my first room made some noise so I had to change.

I liked the hotel's location and the facilities are well maintained

I didn't like the hotel's service, I was with my family at the pool and I had to go down to the reception to ask for service, and I ordered a Caipirinha and the truth is I had never tasted something so bad. At night we had dinner at the hotel because the weather was not good for driving and it was the worst thing we did, saying that we spent half an hour at the table without having service, then half an hour for the liquids to arrive and not to mention the food we had. It was poorly prepared and cold. I honestly do not recommend this hotel and it was a mistake to have chosen it

The location is great. Close to Ribeirão Shopping. Rooftop pool is a nice differentiator from other hotels in the city.

Although the parking is payable it´s properly maintained, being dark, dirty no having access to the lobby with elevators.

Breakfast buffet and lunch buffet were plentiful and varied.

I think it would be helpful to provide boiling water, milk and black tea (to drink in the European style) in the breakfast room and in the bedrooms.Dining room was a bit bleak and noisy.The bedrooms should have kettles and the ability to make tea and coffee.

Bed was super uncomfortable. Room not very quiet. Could hear people in the hallway and room next door. Room rates were ridiculously high for Brazil due to big industry event in town.

Fairly new, well maintained, nice location, good staff and facilities. Nice spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Various and quality food options for breakfast. Would return!
