Old hotel with some old facilities.

Great location. Very kind personnel. Nice breakfast

quite central, but not a lot to do around really. stayed only 2 nights, so it wasnt impossibly uncomfortable. breakfast was the high point.

needs a facelift. everything looks tired and old. cabinets were falling apart in the bedroom. no comforter available, just thin sheets. rough bath towels. amenities pretty low quality and no hair dryer in the room - had to go downstairs to “borrow” it from front desk for just one hour and take it back immediately. the staff was unfriendly, except for a man in the breakfast room who was legit nice. also the fitness area needs updating, and a good scrub!

The rooms were nice enough and the beds were comfortable. Shutting the windows helped cut out any street noise. Right near Pinguin, which is one of the most famous bars/restaurants in Brazil. Fit our needs.

The air conditioning could have been much stronger. We turned it on but it barely made any difference and was very loud, especially when it started up. It woke me up once in the middle of the night when it started again.

Great breakfast, great location, value for the money was excellent. Service was great too. Parking was not so expensive and the wifi worked pretty well, I managed to do my work calls without using my own network.

Cleanness and the infrastructure in general in the room.

The location is good.The room was pretty good.

The breakfast was simple, nothing exceptional.The private bathtub was dirty, we had to clean it.It was not informed at the booking that the private parking had ti be payed additionally at the reception.

Facilities are a bit old but has been well mantained. The staff was nice and quick to check me and family in. Valet also works well for a hotel in a quite busy area.

Although well mantained, some renovation would be very welcome still. The AC is old and makes some noise (but it does its job though). The neighborhood might not be safe for late walks. Lifts are quite small and might become an issue when the hotel gets busy.

Good value central located & clean.

Room was very small , Matress was hard , TV did not work. Exceptional long time checking in had trainee at desk.

I definetly liked the efficient welcome we received when we checked in. Diego was the reception person on duty and even though he didn't speak English...in his words not very well , he communicated with us very well. We needed something from the reception and I called down and he immediately came up to the room with the item. Also upon checking out the receptionist who I believe was called Mariana was professional and courteous at all times. I believe she was pregnant with her 3rd child !

The choice of Breakfast...just not many options.

One of the worst hôtels i ever stayed. Very overpriced.However i could find some pros:- 7 minutes walk to the intercity bus station- 2 minutes walk to the nice park and resto/shops- guest-friendly

Cons:- the room smelled like it was a room of a smoker for a long time.- window view to the dump and ruins.- no towels in the room, you have literally to go down to the réception and beg for towels. One towel per person. Staff refused to give me a second towel.- tv does not working- overpriced- noisy

Past due for a little renovation to the rooms and reception area..starting to look very aged. Bed could be a little more comfortable..
