Small parking. No sign for entrance at reception; I entered through the service door, which was open. A lot of delay in check-in. There were lamps burned.

Near the mall

I was with kids. No food at the restaurant because of the carnival holidays (they forgot to refill their kitchen according to the staff). Location. Across the street from Iguatemi mall and the doctor I needed to go.

Room was dirty: from floor to ceiling, for real. Room smells cigarette. Employees from breakfast are not polite, the breakfast area was very dirty and the food looked old. Didn’t have a good presentation at all. Not coming back and I don’t recommend it for anyone.

The location was convenient and offered a fair breakfeast. The parking lot is covered, so walking in the rain was unnecessary. I've got an upper-floor room with a good view.

The queu to check-in was long. There were only 2 people at the front desk and took me 15 minutes waiting to get my room. This is the second time I go to that hotel and the second time I face this situation.The room was tidy but there was no shampoo in the bathroom which was smelling not so good.

The attention is absolutely horrible, we were treated very poorly since our arrival. Rooms were mixed up and they were not clean.

Good value room with confy bed

The system went down while we were in the line to check in, and it took an hour for us to get a room.The first room that they gave us had a broken door, and the air conditioner didn't work the first time I turned it on.After we changed room everything went ok, just one lamp on the side of the bed didn't work. After I checked out and left the hotel, I thought I forgot my smart watch on my room and try to call the hotel several times and no one picked up the phone. I had to return to check personally

The accommodations were pretty satisfactory.

The cleaning. The walls in the bath tube had dark spots and were unlucky to get a dirty mug in the breakfast court.

There was a fire on the 14 floor. We were at 13. The alarm did not sounded. We had to leave the floor with no guidelines from hotel staff. As we were on the ground floor, the door which leaded to outside was locked. Fortunately, I managed to open it and we could escape. The hotel needs to introduce drills to the staff in order to guide customers to leave the premises .

Disappointing

The check-in was bad, I spent a lot of time waiting for the check-in (about 1 hour).The bathroom was so small, without any soap to wash the hands. The air conditioning’ device had a light that illuminated the badroom during the night and it was so uncomfortable.
